C&rsquo;est le ministre de la D\u00e9fense, Serguei Shoigu qui a donn\u00e9 l&rsquo;information au pr\u00e9sident Poutine ce jour. Depuis hier l&rsquo;information circulait de mani\u00e8re officieuse, les Ukrainiens niant cette \u00e9vidence de terrain.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lyssytchansk est tomb\u00e9e. La ville jumelle de Severodonetsk a \u00e9t\u00e9 conquise par l&rsquo;arm\u00e9e russe et ses alli\u00e9s des R\u00e9publiques du Donbass. Serguei Shoigu a tenu \u00e0 dire directement au pr\u00e9sident Poutine que la bataille de Lysychansk \u00e9tait termin\u00e9e ce matin. Le minist\u00e8re de la D\u00e9fense de Moscou a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 plus t\u00f4t dans la journ\u00e9e que l&rsquo;arm\u00e9e russe <em>\u00ab\u00a0avait encercl\u00e9 l&rsquo;ennemi ukrainien\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de la ville. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab\u00a0<em>Sergue\u00ef Cho\u00efgou a inform\u00e9 le commandant en chef des forces arm\u00e9es russes, Vladimir Vladimirovitch Poutine, de la lib\u00e9ration de la r\u00e9publique populaire de Louhansk<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0, a indiqu\u00e9 un communiqu\u00e9 du minist\u00e8re de la D\u00e9fense. Les forces russes et leurs alli\u00e9s s\u00e9paratistes ont pris \u00ab\u00a0<em>le contr\u00f4le complet de Lyssytchansk et d&rsquo;autres villes proches dont les plus notables sont Belogorovka, Novodroujesk, Maloriazantsevo et Bela\u00efa Gora<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0, ajoute ce communiqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hier, le gouverneur de Louhansk, Serhiy Haidai, d\u00e9plorait le fait que <em>\u00ab\u00a0Les occupants ont jet\u00e9 toutes leurs forces sur Lysychansk. Ils ont attaqu\u00e9 la ville avec des tactiques incompr\u00e9hensiblement cruelles \u00abIls subissent des pertes importantes, mais avancent obstin\u00e9ment. Ils prennent pied dans la ville.<\/em> A sa suite, le porte-parole du pr\u00e9sident Zelensky, Oleksiy Arestovych, a \u00e9galement indiqu\u00e9 que la bataille serait probablement termin\u00e9e d&rsquo;ici lundi.
