Un homme a \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9 pour avoir d\u00e9pos\u00e9 des fleurs sur la tombe de sa fianc\u00e9e d\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9e en janvier 2021.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La justice d&rsquo;Alabama a rendu un homme coupable de d\u00e9chets ill\u00e9gaux et condamn\u00e9 \u00e0 payer environ 300 $ pour avoir  fleuri la s\u00e9pulture de sa d\u00e9funte dulcin\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hagans \u00e2g\u00e9 de 32 ans, avait \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9 jeudi dernier par le tribunal municipal d\u2019Auburn sur un mandat sign\u00e9 par le r\u00e9v\u00e9rend Tom Ford, le p\u00e8re de sa dulcin\u00e9e, d\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9 dans un accident en janvier 2021 environ un mois apr\u00e8s s\u2019\u00eatre fianc\u00e9 \u00e0 Hagans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En effet, Hagans a voulu rendre un hommage \u00e0 Hannah Ford, sa d\u00e9funte fianc\u00e9e, en d\u00e9corant sa tombe de fleurs. Un acte que le p\u00e8re d&rsquo;Hannah  n&rsquo;a pas appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 parce que les deux hommes n&rsquo;entretenaient pas de bonne relation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le r\u00e9v\u00e9rend&nbsp;\u00e9vang\u00e9liste Tom Ford a expliqu\u00e9 qu\u2019il n\u2019approuvait pas la relation de sa fille avec Winchester Hagans et qu\u2019elle ne lui en avait jamais parl\u00e9. Il n\u2019appr\u00e9ciait donc pas que ce dernier se permette de d\u00e9poser des jardini\u00e8res chaque fois qu&rsquo;il en avait l&rsquo;occasion. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img  title=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/nouvellefr.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/comp-ap-6469-grave-op-780x470.jpg\"  alt=\"Un homme condamn\u00e9 pour avoir d\u00e9pos\u00e9 des fleurs sur la tombe de sa d\u00e9funte fianc\u00e9e\"  width=\"840\" height=\"506\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab\u00a0<em>La premi\u00e8re bo\u00eete, je l\u2019ai ramass\u00e9e et elle s\u2019est effondr\u00e9e. C\u2019\u00e9tait du bois pourri avec des photos dessus, alors je l\u2019ai jet\u00e9e<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0, a-t-il affirm\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A plusieurs reprises, Hagans a \u00e9t\u00e9 interpell\u00e9 par le p\u00e8re de sa dulcin\u00e9e pour qu&rsquo;il arr\u00eate de d\u00e9poser des fleurs sur la tombe parce qu&rsquo;il ne trouvait pas son acte conforme au r\u00e8glement. Mais apr\u00e8s insistance du fianc\u00e9, le p\u00e8re de la disparue a alors d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de d\u00e9poser une plainte p\u00e9nale contre lui.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Winchester Hagans a \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9 et interrog\u00e9 par la police. C\u2019est un produit \u00e9tranger. Que ce soit joli ou non n\u2019est pas une consid\u00e9ration pour ce tribunal<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0.
