Le fait est historique. On n’avait presque jamais entendu dans l’histoire judiciaire du S\u00e9n\u00e9gal, un juge prononcer autant de d\u00e9lits pour un pr\u00e9venu ou un groupe de pr\u00e9venus. Selon nos confr\u00e8res de lateranga, Baye Modou Fall (Boy Djinn\u00e9), son ami Bara Gu\u00e8ye, sa soeur Yacine Fall et son \u00e9pouse Diabou Thiam, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 plac\u00e9s sous mandat de d\u00e9p\u00f4t, jeudi 14 juillet, dans la soir\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

Il est reproch\u00e9 \u00e0 Boy Djin\u00e9 ainsi qu’\u00e0 ses complices de vol en r\u00e9union commis dans la nuit avec escalade, usage de fausses cl\u00e9s et violence, faux et usage de faux, bris de scell\u00e9, \u00e9vasion par violence, bris de prison, complicit\u00e9 de vol, soustraction de criminels \u00e0 l\u2019arrestation et blanchiment de capitaux.<\/p>\n

Autant de chefs d’accusation qui laissent bien voir combien Boy Djin\u00e9 et ses complices contribuaient au mal \u00eatre de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n

C’est le juge du premier cabinet qui leur a notifi\u00e9 Ces d\u00e9lits pour lesquels ils devront r\u00e9pondre. Boy Djinn\u00e9 et Bara Gu\u00e8ye sont actuellement incarc\u00e9r\u00e9s \u00e0 la prison de Rebeuss, en d\u00e9tention pr\u00e9ventive et dans l\u2019attente de leur proc\u00e8s.
