Il risque la prison \u00e0 vie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le prisonnier a \u00e9t\u00e9 amen\u00e9 dans la minuscule salle d&rsquo;audience de Kiev, menott\u00e9 et accompagn\u00e9 par des gardes lourdement arm\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La veuve du d\u00e9funt \u00e9tait \u00e9galement pr\u00e9sente lors du proc\u00e8s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab&nbsp;Reconnaissez-vous votre culpabilit\u00e9 ?&nbsp;\u00bb a demand\u00e9 le juge. \u00ab&nbsp;Oui&nbsp;\u00bb, a r\u00e9pondu Shishimarin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les procureurs affirment que Shishimarin commandait une unit\u00e9 dans une division de chars lorsque son convoi a \u00e9t\u00e9 attaqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lui et quatre autres soldats ont vol\u00e9 une voiture, et alors qu&rsquo;ils se d\u00e9pla\u00e7aient pr\u00e8s de Chupakhivka, ils ont rencontr\u00e9 l&rsquo;homme de 62 ans sur un v\u00e9lo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon les procureurs, Shishimarin a re\u00e7u l&rsquo;ordre de tuer le civil et a utilis\u00e9 un fusil d&rsquo;assaut Kalashnikov pour le faire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le proc\u00e8s de Shishimarin a \u00e9t\u00e9 ajourn\u00e9 et reprendra jeudi dans une salle d&rsquo;audience plus grande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kateryna, la veuve du d\u00e9funt, s\u2019est confi\u00e9e \u00e0 la BBC \u00e0 la sortie de la salle. \u00ab&nbsp;Je suis vraiment d\u00e9sol\u00e9e pour lui [Shishimarin].
