Claude Bergeret Njike \u00e9tait la veuve du chef traditionnel Bangangt\u00e9, le regrett\u00e9 Pokam Fran\u00e7ois Njike. <\/p>\n

Selon les sp\u00e9cialistes de la culture Camerounaise, Claude Bergeret est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e comme une femme qui avait une affection particuli\u00e8re pour la culture Camerounaise. Elle a rompu avec ses racines occidentales pour embrasser la culture Bangant\u00e9 de l’Ouest du Cameroun, comme l’exigeait la tradition de son mari. <\/p>\n

Issue des parents missionnaires protestants, Madame Njik\u00e9 est n\u00e9e le 5 juin 1943 \u00e0 Douala capitale r\u00e9gionale du Littoral. Elle devient reine, apr\u00e8s son mariage en 1978, avec Francois Njik\u00e9 Pokam le roi des Bangant\u00e9. Son \u00e9poux meurt le 7 d\u00e9cembre 1987. Elle ne quittera ni les terres laiss\u00e9es par son mari, ni le Cameroun. Claude Bergeret Njik\u00e9, aura consacr\u00e9 plusieurs ouvrages \u00e0 la culture bamil\u00e9k\u00e9, dont \u00ab Ma passion africaine (en 1997) \u00bb et \u00ab La sagesse de mon village \u00bb. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
