Une vente aux ench\u00e8res du maillot port\u00e9 par Diego Maradona lorsqu’il a marqu\u00e9 deux fois contre l’Angleterre lors de la Coupe du monde de 1986, y compris le tristement c\u00e9l\u00e8bre but de la \u00ab\u00a0main de Dieu\u00a0\u00bb, a d\u00e9but\u00e9 mercredi 20 avril, avec une offre de plus de 5 millions de dollars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L’ic\u00f4ne du football, d\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9e en 2020, a \u00e9chang\u00e9 des maillots avec le milieu de terrain anglais Steve Hodge apr\u00e8s la fin du match et il est en possession de l’objet pr\u00e9cieux depuis 35 ans. Hodge a maintenant mis le maillot en vente chez Sotheby’s et la vente aux ench\u00e8res en ligne a d\u00e9j\u00e0 commenc\u00e9.  La r\u00e9serve de 5 millions de dollars a d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 atteinte par un acheteur int\u00e9ress\u00e9, mais il reste deux semaines aux ench\u00e9risseurs pour revendiquer leur droit alors que l’ench\u00e8re se termine le 4 mai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le statut de Maradona en tant que superstar a \u00e9t\u00e9 ciment\u00e9 lors de ce quart de finale en 1986. L’Argentine a remport\u00e9 le match 2-1, son petit talisman trompant l’arbitre en utilisant sa main pour marquer ce qui semblait \u00eatre un coup de t\u00eate. Hodge a \u00e9t\u00e9 impliqu\u00e9 dans l’incident, passant le ballon au gardien de but avant que Maradona n’utilise sa ruse pour sauter et atteindre le ballon avec sa main.  Ensuite, le joueur a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que le but avait \u00e9t\u00e9 marqu\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0un peu avec la t\u00eate de Maradona, et un peu avec la main de Dieu\u00a0\u00bb. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Son autre frappe dans le match a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lue \u00ab\u00a0But du si\u00e8cle\u00a0\u00bb dans un sondage de la FIFA et l’a vu dribbler presque toute l’\u00e9quipe d’Angleterre avant de passer le ballon devant Peter Shilton. C’\u00e9tait le match le plus c\u00e9l\u00e8bre de la carri\u00e8re d’un g\u00e9nie du football, qui avait 25 ans \u00e0 l’\u00e9poque et a ensuite aid\u00e9 son \u00e9quipe \u00e0 remporter le tournoi au Mexique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Brahm Wachter, responsable du streetwear et des objets de collection modernes chez Sotheby, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que les deux buts \u00ab\u00a0s’\u00e9quilibrent brillamment\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> et r\u00e9v\u00e8lent deux facettes du personnage de Maradona. Le premier \u00ab\u00a0\u00e9tait vraiment rus\u00e9 et impliquait un \u00e9l\u00e9ment de chance<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9. \u00ab Mais ensuite, il a marqu\u00e9 un deuxi\u00e8me but, qui \u00e9tait l’un des buts les plus incroyables – presque ang\u00e9liques – de tous les temps.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hodge a \u00e9t\u00e9 l’heureux propri\u00e9taire pendant plus de trois d\u00e9cennies et a pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment expliqu\u00e9 comment il l’avait obtenu. Il a d\u00e9clar\u00e9: \u00abJe marchais dans le tunnel et Maradona venait dans la direction oppos\u00e9e. J’ai juste enlev\u00e9 mon maillot et nous avons \u00e9chang\u00e9 sur-le-champ. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hodge a maintenant r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 pourquoi il vend le maillot embl\u00e9matique, expliquant: \u00ab\u00a0Je suis le fier propri\u00e9taire de cet article depuis plus de 35 ans, depuis que Diego et moi avons \u00e9chang\u00e9 des maillots dans le tunnel apr\u00e8s le c\u00e9l\u00e8bre match. Ce fut un privil\u00e8ge absolu d’avoir jou\u00e9 contre l’un des plus grands et des plus magnifiques joueurs de football de tous les temps. Cela a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 un plaisir de le partager avec le public au cours des 20 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es au Mus\u00e9e national du football, o\u00f9 il a \u00e9t\u00e9 expos\u00e9. Le maillot Hand of God a une signification culturelle profonde pour le monde du football, le peuple argentin et le peuple anglais et je suis certain que le nouveau propri\u00e9taire sera extr\u00eamement fier de poss\u00e9der le maillot de football le plus embl\u00e9matique du monde.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
