Pour Guillaume Soro, Ouattara est toujours un violateur de constitution.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Guillaume Soro se dit heureux que son ancien directeur de cabinet entre 2007 et 2010 soit promu. Le vice-pr\u00e9sident ivoirien a \u00e9t\u00e9 aussi son ministre pendant des ann\u00e9es. Sur sa personne, Soro ne trouve pas \u00e0 redire. Mais sur les conditions de son ascension \u00e0 ce poste, il a juste quelques remarques. En effet, pour Soro, il aurait fallu que Kon\u00e9 Ti\u00e9moko soit pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 comme le candidat du RHDP en 2020. Pour \u00e9viter la crise post-\u00e9lectorale d&rsquo;alors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour Soro, il aurait eu plus de l\u00e9gitimit\u00e9 et Ouattara aurait agi conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la Constitution qui interdit plus de deux mandats pr\u00e9sidentiels. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Au plan politique,\u00a0vous connaissez tous ma position concernant le 3\u00e8me mandat de Monsieur Ouattara. Pour moi,\u00a0 c\u2019est une question principielle. Je n\u2019ai pas adh\u00e9r\u00e9 au viol de la constitution, notre loi fondamentale.<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0, indique Guillaume Soro, dans son appr\u00e9ciation de la nomination de Kon\u00e9 Ti\u00e9moko Meyliet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Guillaume Soro fait donc la part des choses. Il continue d&rsquo;accuser Alassane Ouattara d&rsquo;avoir viol\u00e9 la Constitution ivoirienne, en se pr\u00e9sentant pour un troisi\u00e8me mandat. Cette \u00e9ch\u00e9ance avait finalement distendu les relations entre les deux hommes. Guillaume Soro avait adh\u00e9r\u00e9 au Conseil National de Transition avec l&rsquo;opposition.
