Cela, pour permettre de venir en aide aux civils sur place, comme le r\u00e9clame Volodymyr Zelensky.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vladimir Poutine et Emmanuel Macron ont parl\u00e9 au t\u00e9l\u00e9phone ce mardi 29 mars 2022. Leur \u00e9change a \u00e9videmment tourn\u00e9 autour de la guerre en Ukraine et des moyens de parvenir \u00e0 une cessation des hostilit\u00e9s. Durant cet \u00e9change, Emmanuel Macron a mis sur la table la question de couloirs humanitaires pour la ville de Marioupol. Cette ville c\u00f4ti\u00e8re est le th\u00e9\u00e2tre d&rsquo;une bataille acharn\u00e9e entre les forces russes et les forces ukrainiennes aid\u00e9es de milices n\u00e9onazies<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A Marioupol se trouve le Quartier G\u00e9n\u00e9ral du Bataillon AZOV que Poutine veut voir d\u00e9mantel\u00e9. Ce groupe est \u00e0 l&rsquo;origine de plusieurs massacres dans les r\u00e9gions russophones du Donbass. Poutine n&rsquo;entend pas arr\u00eater son si\u00e8ge de la ville, tant que ce bataillon continue de r\u00e9sister. Il l&rsquo;a r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 Macron durant leur conversation et le Kremlin a \u00e9t\u00e9 autoris\u00e9 a rappeler la position de Poutine dans un communiqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u00ab\u00a0Pour trouver une solution \u00e0 la situation humanitaire difficile dans cette ville, les combattants nationalistes ukrainiens doivent arr\u00eater de r\u00e9sister et d\u00e9poser les armes\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> a indiqu\u00e9 Vladimir Poutine, selon un communiqu\u00e9 du Kremlin r\u00e9sumant un \u00e9change t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique avec son homologue fran\u00e7ais Emmanuel Macron. Macron a reconnu qu&rsquo;en l&rsquo;\u00e9tat, aucune possibilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00e9vacuation de civils n&rsquo;est envisageable, les combats faisant rage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aujourd&rsquo;hui, l&rsquo;arm\u00e9e de Poutine a lanc\u00e9 des bombes sur la ville de Mykolaev, une ville strat\u00e9gique avant d&rsquo;arriver au port d&rsquo;Odessa. Neuf personnes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tu\u00e9es et 28 autres bless\u00e9es selon le parquet g\u00e9n\u00e9ral ukrainien.
