Pas seulement le foutou. Ils ont \u00e9galement cit\u00e9 le poulet, le riz br\u00fbl\u00e9 ou carbonis\u00e9 et le riz frit comme de nombreuses causes de cancer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 apr\u00e8s que des chercheurs de l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 des sciences et technologies Kwame Nkrumah ont pr\u00e9lev\u00e9 au hasard des \u00e9chantillons de foutou, de riz et de rago\u00fbt, de poulet et de riz frit aupr\u00e8s de vendeuses de rue ordinaires \u00e0 des fins de recherche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab&nbsp;<em>Dans le foutou, nous avons trouv\u00e9 l&rsquo;agent canc\u00e9rig\u00e8ne dans la soupe. Le poisson utilis\u00e9 pour pr\u00e9parer la soupe \u00e9tait fum\u00e9. Lorsqu&rsquo;un poisson est fum\u00e9 et carbonis\u00e9 ou br\u00fbl\u00e9, il devient pyr\u00e9nis\u00e9. C&rsquo;est parce que le poisson a \u00e9t\u00e9 en contact avec du m\u00e9tal contenant du benzo(a) pyr\u00e8ne qui cause le cancer.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 l\u2019un des chercheurs \u00e0 Joynews dans un documentaire.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sur la fa\u00e7on dont le riz frit cause le cancer, il ajoute: \u00ab<em>L&rsquo;agitation continue du riz dans une casserole avant qu&rsquo;il ne fritte le rend contamin\u00e9 par du benzo(a)pyr\u00e8ne m\u00e9tallique.
