Pour qu&rsquo;aucune contestation n&rsquo;entraine encore une crise post-\u00e9lectorale, l&rsquo;ex-premi\u00e8re Dame, \u00e0 la t\u00eate d&rsquo;un mouvement de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile, expose ses id\u00e9es. Derri\u00e8re, elle rappelle au gouvernement de ne pas tergiverser sur la question des prisonniers politiques et surtout les retours d&rsquo;exil de Charles Bl\u00e9 Goud\u00e9 et Guillaume Soro.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab\u00a0<em>Une nouvelle CEI qui serait constitu\u00e9e de personnalit\u00e9s neutres, c\u2019est \u00e0 dire non partisanes. Cette nouvelle CEI ne devra donc contenir aucun repr\u00e9sentant des Partis politiques, ni des Institutions de l\u2019Etat. Les acteurs de cette CEI auront un statut particulier avec des salaires et des moyens cons\u00e9quents ; toutes choses qui garantissent leur ind\u00e9pendance vis-\u00e0-vis des Partis et des Autorit\u00e9s politiques et administratives. Ils seront recrut\u00e9s par appel d\u2019offre, et en dehors des Partis et Mouvements politiques<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0. C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;une des propositions que Simone Gbagbo fait au gouvernement ce mercredi 16 mars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;ex-premi\u00e8re dame pense que des \u00e9lections cr\u00e9dibles et transparentes pourront \u00e9viter \u00e0 la C\u00f4te d&rsquo;Ivoire de sombrer dans une \u00e9ni\u00e8me crise post-\u00e9lectorale. Pour ce faire, elle estime qu&rsquo;un autre organe devrait surveiller le travail de la Commission \u00e9lectorale ind\u00e9pendante. Ce deuxi\u00e8me niveau de contr\u00f4le devrait assurer la sinc\u00e9rit\u00e9 du processus \u00e9lectoral en 2025, selon Simone Gbagbo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Simone Gbagbo estime donc qu&rsquo;<em>\u00ab\u00a0Un deuxi\u00e8me Organe, l\u2019Observatoire des Elections qui serait charg\u00e9 de l\u2019observation des \u00e9lections. Cet Organe serait constitu\u00e9 de repr\u00e9sentants du Gouvernement, de repr\u00e9sentants des Partis, et Mouvements politiques, de repr\u00e9sentants des Organisations de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile. Ils observeront toutes les \u00e9tapes du processus \u00e9lectoral<\/em>. Cependant, elle d\u00e9nonce une volont\u00e9 du pouvoir de ne pas vouloir r\u00e9gler les choses maintenant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab\u00a0<em>Ce dialogue a \u00e9galement retenu la conduite de r\u00e9flexions par le Gouvernement sur le processus de d\u00e9coupage \u00e9lectoral. L\u2019intention affirm\u00e9e est de relever le coefficient affect\u00e9 au crit\u00e8re d\u00e9mographique tout en maintenant les acquis. Cette intention r\u00e9v\u00e8le la volont\u00e9 de laisser les choses en l\u2019\u00e9tat en donnant l\u2019impression de les changer car ce sont justement les acquis en question qui n\u00e9cessitent que l\u2019on revoie le d\u00e9coupage \u00e9lectoral. Surtout que dans le cas particulier de M. Bl\u00e9 GOUD\u00c9, la question est une question de droit qui redevient une question de justice.<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0, dira la pr\u00e9sidente de Synergie pour le Dialogue et la
