La plaignante, une femme d&rsquo;affaires de Murang&rsquo;a Road, ramenait son parapluie \u00e0 son magasin lorsque l&rsquo;accus\u00e9 qui marchait derri\u00e8re elle a intentionnellement touch\u00e9 ses f3sses sans son consentement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un rapport de police disait ceci: \u201c<strong>Alors qu&rsquo;elle revenait du magasin pendant qu&rsquo;elle marchait le long d&rsquo;un chemin \u00e9troit, elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 agress\u00e9e par l&rsquo;accus\u00e9 qui lui a intentionnellement touch\u00e9 les f3sses avec ses mains et l&rsquo;a tir\u00e9e vers lui\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La plaignante, apr\u00e8s avoir vu trois autres hommes qui auraient \u00e9galement eu l&rsquo;intention d\u2019abuser d\u2019elle, a fui les lieux pour sa s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Le 11 mars 2022, la plaignante \u00e2g\u00e9e de 34 ans, selon des documents judiciaires, a envoy\u00e9 un groupe d&rsquo;hommes \u00e2g\u00e9s parler \u00e0 l&rsquo;accus\u00e9 pour admettre son erreur et s&rsquo;excuser, mais il a refus\u00e9.
