Jo\u00ebl N\u2019Guessan porte-parole du Rassemblement Des R\u00e9publicains (RDR) a \u00e9t\u00e9 aujourd&rsquo;hui, le onzi\u00e8me t\u00e9moin de la Cour P\u00e9nale Internationale, dans l\u2019affaire qui oppose la procureure Fatou Bensouda \u00e0 Laurent\u00a0Gbagbo <span class=\"KText_\">\u00a0<\/span>et Charles Bl\u00e9 Goud\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Au titre de son premier t\u00e9moignage, l\u2019ancien ministre a \u00e9t\u00e9 interrog\u00e9 par l\u2019accusation, sur la question des \u00e9lections de 2000, des escadrons de la mort, la r\u00e9bellion et les accords de Linas Marcoussis.<\/p>\n<p>Sur la question des escadrons de la mort, Jo\u00ebl N\u2019Guessan a soulign\u00e9 qu\u2019ils n\u2019avaient pas de particularit\u00e9 pr\u00e9cise et qu\u2019on ne peut \u00ab <em><strong>dire que c\u2019est parce qu\u2019ils \u00e9taient du nord ou d&rsquo;une autre r\u00e9gion.
