Avant la greffe, l&rsquo;homme \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 dans un \u00e9tat d\u00e9sesp\u00e9r\u00e9 mais ne r\u00e9pondait pas aux crit\u00e8res pour recevoir une greffe de c\u0153ur humain normal. Le Dr Muhammad Mohiuddin, directeur de la x\u00e9notransplantation cardiaque au centre m\u00e9dical de l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 du Maryland, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que la greffe r\u00e9ussie de Bennett a fourni un excellent aper\u00e7u des proc\u00e9dures futures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les scientifiques ont ins\u00e9r\u00e9 six g\u00e8nes humains dans le g\u00e9nome du porc donneur &#8211; des modifications con\u00e7ues pour rendre l&rsquo;organe plus tol\u00e9rable pour le syst\u00e8me immunitaire humain. Les scientifiques ont activ\u00e9 quatre g\u00e8nes, dont le sucre dans ses cellules qui est responsable de ce rejet d&rsquo;organe hyper-rapide et un g\u00e8ne de croissance pour emp\u00eacher le
