Le juge Cuno Tarfusser a finalement d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de mettre sa menace en ex\u00e9cution, jeudi 16 juin. Il s\u2019agissait pour lui de mettre fin \u00e0 la retransmission en direct du proc\u00e8s conjoint de Gbagbo et Bl\u00e9 Goud\u00e9.<\/p>\n

A compter du 27 juin juin prochain, le proc\u00e8s se d\u00e9roulera \u00e0 huis clos comme l\u2019a indiqu\u00e9 le juge Italien.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Ces mesures vont restreindre la possibilit\u00e9 pour le public de suivre le proc\u00e8s en direct \u00bb, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9, avant de continuer : \u00ab La publicit\u00e9 des d\u00e9bats n\u2019est pas absolue\u00bb
\nA en croire Cuno Tarfusser, l\u2019interdiction du proc\u00e8s conjoint de Gbagbo et Charles Bl\u00e9 Goud\u00e9 au grand public et sa poursuite \u00e0 huis clos viseraient fondamentalement \u00e0 prot\u00e9ger les t\u00e9moins. Le proc\u00e8s de Gbagbo et Bl\u00e9 Goud\u00e9 va donc se poursuivre le 27 juin prochain \u00e0 Huis Clos.<\/p>\n

Pour rappel, Laurent Gbagbo et Bl\u00e9 Goud\u00e9 sont poursuivis par la Cour P\u00e9nale internationale, pour leurs pr\u00e9sum\u00e9es responsabilit\u00e9s dans la crise post-\u00e9lectorale de 2011, qui a fait plus de 3000 morts, selon l\u2019ONU.
