Elle a tenu a rappeler son opposition \u00e0 la peine de mort. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La justice militaire congolaise, dans le sud de la RDC, a prononc\u00e9 la condamnations \u00e0 mort de 51 personnes, auteurs de l&rsquo;assassinat des deux experts des Nations-Unies, Zaida Catal\u00e0n (Su\u00e9doise) et Michael Sharp (Am\u00e9ricain).  Parmi les personnes condamn\u00e9es se retrouvent des anciens miliciens de la secte Kamuina Nsapu.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab\u00a0<em> Nous notons le verdict rendu samedi par le Tribunal Militaire de l&rsquo;Ex-Kasa\u00ef occidental, aboutissant \u00e0 la condamnation de colonel Jean de Dieu Mambweni, de M. Thomas Nkashama et M. Jean Bosco Mukanda et d&rsquo;autres qui leur sont associ\u00e9s, en rapport avec les meurtres de Mme Zaida Catalan et M. Michael Sharp, ancien membre du groupe d&rsquo;experts sur la RDC \u00ab\u00a0<\/em> a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 dans une note \u00e0 la presse, Farhan Haq, le porte parole adjoint du secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l&rsquo;ONU.  Il a not\u00e9 que le procureur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral militaire effectue \u00e9galement une enqu\u00eate sur d&rsquo;autres personnes en relations avec les meurtres de Mme. Catalan et M. Nous continuerons d&rsquo;assister, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, l&rsquo;Auditorat G\u00e9n\u00e9ral Militaire dans tout recours contre ce verdict \u00ab\u00a0<\/em> a t-il ajout\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les deux experts ont disparu le 12 mars 2017, alors qu&rsquo;ils \u00e9taient en mission \u00e0 Kasa\u00ef pour enqu\u00eater sur des conflits arm\u00e9s qui avaient \u00e9clat\u00e9 dans la r\u00e9gion suite \u00e0 la mort du chef coutumier Kamuina Nsapu qui avait \u00e9t\u00e9 tu\u00e9 par les forces de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.
