Elle s’appelle L. Marie. Elle n’a que 22 ans, est \u00e9tudiante, mais adore l\u2019argent facile. Ce qui va la conduire devant le tribunal des flagrants d\u00e9lits le vendredi 6 mai dernier.<\/p>\n

Elle devait y r\u00e9pondre des faits d’escroquerie sur 5 millions de francs.\u00a0 En effet, elle a approch\u00e9 des gens pour leur proposer de leur trouver du travail \u00e0 la Compagnie Ivoirienne d’Electricit\u00e9 (Cie) et \u00e0 la douane. Quand on sait combien il est aujourd’hui difficile de trouver du travail, c’est tout naturellement qu\u2019ils acceptent. M\u00eame s’ils doivent d\u00e9bourser de l’argent.<\/p>\n

Ainsi, elle va r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 prendre de l’argent \u00e0 leur extorquer au total 5 millions de francs.\u00a0 Sans pour autant tenir promesse. Se sentant trahis, les victimes vont alors la trimbaler \u00e0 la police. L’affaire arrive par la suite au tribunal. Une des victimes, Ago A. \u00e9tait pr\u00e9sente \u00e0 l’audience. A cette derni\u00e8re, elle a pris 2,8 millions de francs. Une partie de cette somme avait \u00e9t\u00e9 rembours\u00e9e par la pr\u00e9venue. A l’audience, ce plaignant a demand\u00e9 que lui soit rembours\u00e9e la somme de 1 420 000 millions de francs restante.<\/p>\n

Pour le procureur les faits sont graves surtout que la pr\u00e9venue a utilis\u00e9 le nom d’une autorit\u00e9 (nom qui n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9e \u00e0 la barre). Il a donc requis 5 ans de prison ferme et 200 000 francs d’amende pour la pr\u00e9venue. Mais le juge la condamne \u00e0 6 mois de prison ferme et 50 000 francs d’amende. Elle devra rembourser 1 420 000 francs \u00e0 Ago A. \u00e0 sa sortie de prison.<\/p>\n
