Les chefs d&rsquo;\u00e9tat-major interarm\u00e9es de la Cor\u00e9e du Sud (JCS) ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que la personne avait \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9tect\u00e9e par l&rsquo;arm\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un dispositif d&rsquo;observation thermique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le JCS a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que des troupes avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 envoy\u00e9es mais qu&rsquo;elles n&rsquo;ont pas pu retrouver la personne, qui a franchi la ligne de d\u00e9marcation militaire en Cor\u00e9e du Nord vers 22h40.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le JCD a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que des cam\u00e9ras de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 avaient pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment captur\u00e9 la personne escaladant une cl\u00f4ture en fil de fer barbel\u00e9 vers 18h40 Samedi, mais le gardien de service de vid\u00e9osurveillance l&rsquo;avait rat\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le responsable a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu&rsquo;on ne savait toujours pas si la personne \u00e9tait encore en vie. En raison des mauvaises conditions de vie et du r\u00e9gime autoritaire en Cor\u00e9e du Nord, les Nord-Cor\u00e9ens sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement ceux qui font d\u00e9fection en Cor\u00e9e du Sud.
