Son acte la traduit en justice jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 sa condamnation. Dans une vid\u00e9o publi\u00e9e sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, on pouvait voir clairement deux femmes en train de se battre. Cette vid\u00e9o devenue virale a suscit\u00e9 assez de r\u00e9actions et d&rsquo;indignation. Sur les images, une femme bastonnait s\u00e9v\u00e8rement sa domestique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pendant ce temps, Khadim Diop, l&rsquo;\u00e9poux de la femme filmait la sc\u00e8ne. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9, de ce fait, poursuivi pour collecte illicite de donn\u00e9es. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 traduit, le mardi 14 d\u00e9cembre 2021, devant le tribunal des flagrants d\u00e9lits de Dakar. Je les ai film\u00e9es pour avoir des preuves de ce que mon \u00e9pouse me faisait vivre. Elle \u00e9tait arm\u00e9e de pilon<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0, a-t-il-expliqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Face \u00e0 ce comportement, le juge a d\u00e9nonc\u00e9 l\u2019attitude irresponsable de l&rsquo;\u00e9poux parce que l&rsquo;une d&rsquo;entre elle pouvait perdre la vie. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab\u00a0<em>S\u2019il elle lui avait ass\u00e9n\u00e9 des coups de pilon jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que mort s\u2019ensuive qu\u2019est-ce-que tu allais dire ? Tu devais les s\u00e9parer et non les filmer. On te reproche d\u2019avoir collect\u00e9 les images<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0, a fait remarquer le magistrat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La d\u00e9fense a soutenu cependant qu\u2019il fallait collecter des images pour prouver \u00e0 la famille les actes que l&rsquo;\u00e9pouse fait subir \u00e0 son conjoint.
