\u00ab\u00a0Lentement mais s\u00fbrement, j’en suis venu \u00e0 l’accepter, et \u00e0 l’accepter pleinement\u00a0\u00bb, explique Jon. \u00ab\u00a0Comme toujours, ma premi\u00e8re r\u00e9action a \u00e9t\u00e9 de prot\u00e9ger mon enfant, de m’assurer qu’elle n’\u00e9tait pas en danger et qu’elle \u00e9tait heureuse. C’est ce que la plupart des parents veulent pour leurs enfants.\u00a0\u00bb Il d\u00e9crit vivement les r\u00e9actions n\u00e9gatives qu’il lit parfois sur le net. \u00ab\u00a0On l’a trait\u00e9e \u00ab\u00a0d’abomination divine\u00a0\u00bb, on lui a dit que sa m\u00e8re s’\u00e9tait suicid\u00e9e parce qu’elle avait honte d’elle, qu’elle allait \u00ab\u00a0br\u00fbler en enfer\u00a0\u00bb. Apr\u00e8s l’audience, quand c’est finalement devenu une r\u00e9alit\u00e9, quand il m’a appel\u00e9, je crois bien que je n’avais encore jamais entendu mon enfant aussi heureux.
