Celle-ci veut l&rsquo;entendre dans l&rsquo;affaire qui l&rsquo;oppose \u00e0 Michel Gbagbo. Le fils de l&rsquo;ex-chef d&rsquo;Etat ivoirien avait port\u00e9 plainte contre Soro. Pour avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 violent\u00e9 et s\u00e9questr\u00e9 le 11 avril 2011 \u00e0 l&rsquo;H\u00f4tel du Golf.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Guillaume Soro a encore maille \u00e0 partir avec les instances judiciaires fran\u00e7aises. Dans une vieille affaire pour laquelle il avait fait la paix avec Michel Gbagbo, la Juge Sabine a souhait\u00e9 l&rsquo;auditionner aujourd&rsquo;hui 24 novembre 2021. Pour les avocats de Guillaume Soro, cette volont\u00e9 de la juge Sabine Kh\u00e9ris est nulle et de nul effet. A ce propos, ils ont contest\u00e9 la proc\u00e9dure. Ils d\u00e9posent une requ\u00eate en nullit\u00e9 contre le dossier d&rsquo;instruction diligent\u00e9 par la Juge en question.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au soutien de leur requ\u00eate, les avocats de Guillaume Soro rappellent la proc\u00e9dure en question avait \u00e9t\u00e9 class\u00e9 sans suite  le 19 mars 2012 par le Procureur de Paris d&rsquo;alors pour \u00ab\u00a0violation des r\u00e8gles de droit international coutumier\u00a0\u00bb. En plus du Procureur Molins qui avait class\u00e9 l&rsquo;affaire, les avocats insistent sur le fait qu&rsquo;un autre magistrat fran\u00e7ais \u00e9tait contre la proc\u00e9dure. La Procureure Marie-Jos\u00e9 Delambily a refus\u00e9 d&rsquo;ouvrir une enqu\u00eate le 25 janvier 2013.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Forts de tous ces faits et citant une pratique doctrinale de la Cour de Cassation de Paris, les avocats de Soro contestent la proc\u00e9dure.  Ils ajoutent que Guillaume Soro consid\u00e8re cette convocation comme \u00ab\u00a0ill\u00e9gale\u00a0\u00bb et ne souhaite pas servir de cas jurisprudentiel en la mati\u00e8re. Pour Soro, nul n&rsquo;est dupe.
