Ces coups lui ont caus\u00e9 des blessures<\/strong> <strong>d&rsquo;o\u00f9 un arr\u00eat de travail de 10 jours pour incapacit\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un jeune tailleur a \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9 \u00e0 six mois de prison apr\u00e8s avoir port\u00e9 des coups et blessures \u00e0 son p\u00e8re. Abdou Diaw    a brutalis\u00e9 son g\u00e9niteur qui lui interdisait de se d\u00e9pigmenter. Ces blessures ont \u00e9t\u00e9 attest\u00e9es par un certificat m\u00e9dical de 10 jours d&rsquo;incapacit\u00e9 temporaire du travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A l&rsquo;origine de ce conflit, le p\u00e8re d\u00e9sapprouvait la nouvelle couleur de peau de son fils. Il l&rsquo;a plusieurs fois dissuad\u00e9 d&rsquo;arr\u00eater mais le fils ne voulait rien comprendre. Selon ses explications, les membres de la famille ont m\u00eame tent\u00e9 de raisonner le jeune homme mais sans succ\u00e8s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab\u00a0<em>Sa peau a compl\u00e8tement chang\u00e9. Ne pouvant plus supporter l\u2019humiliation qu\u2019il me fait subir devant ma famille, je l\u2019ai somm\u00e9, \u00e0 plusieurs reprises, d\u2019arr\u00eater cette pratique contraire \u00e0 nos valeurs et \u00e0 notre religion. Mais il s\u2019est ent\u00eat\u00e9<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0, d\u00e9plore le chef de famille. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Face \u00e0 cette d\u00e9sob\u00e9issance, le g\u00e9niteur a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de mettre son fils \u00e0 la porte. Chose qu&rsquo;il a cat\u00e9goriquement refus\u00e9 sous pr\u00e9texte qu&rsquo;il avait les m\u00eames droits que son p\u00e8re dans la maison. Le jeune ne s&rsquo;est pas limit\u00e9 \u00e0 cet acte car malgr\u00e9 que son g\u00e9niteur soit au sol, il lui a  administr\u00e9 un coup de pied au ventre. Les bruits de la bagarre ont alert\u00e9 le voisinage qui s&rsquo;est aussit\u00f4t d\u00e9p\u00each\u00e9. Pour sauver le vieillard avant de l&rsquo;\u00e9vacuer \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00f4pital qui lui a d\u00e9livr\u00e9 un certificat m\u00e9dical attestant les blessures. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quant \u00e0 l&rsquo;accus\u00e9, il n\u2019a pas ni\u00e9 les faits qui lui sont reproch\u00e9s. Il soutient que son p\u00e8re lui rend la vie dure.
