L\u2019ex-pr\u00eatre avait \u00e9t\u00e9 jug\u00e9 pour des faits commis il y a plus de 35 ans. Ag\u00e9 de 76 ans, il ne purgeait pas sa peine du fait d&rsquo;une sant\u00e9 d\u00e9clinante. Ce qui ne r\u00e9jouissait pas les parties civiles. Mais cette fois, la justice fran\u00e7aise veut absolument l&rsquo;envoyer derri\u00e8re les barreaux. D&rsquo;o\u00f9 son arrestation ce jour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon Me Frederic Doyez, son avocat, <em>\u00ab\u00a0C\u2019est une peine qui est amen\u00e9e \u00e0 ex\u00e9cution\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>. Cependant, l&rsquo;avocat demeure pr\u00e9occup\u00e9 par l&rsquo;\u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 de son client. <q><em>\u00ab\u00a0L\u2019\u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 de M. Preynat est tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9occupant et il faut qu\u2019un avis m\u00e9dical ait lieu, ce qui sera fait car il va voir un m\u00e9decin en arrivant en prison. Soit son \u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 est compatible avec une incarc\u00e9ration, soit il ne l\u2019est pas et ce sera une autre \u00e9tape\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/q>, explique l&rsquo;avocat de l&rsquo;ancien pr\u00eatre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;arrestation du pr\u00eatre Preynat relance le d\u00e9bat sur la sexualit\u00e9 des membres du clerg\u00e9 catholique. Toujours impliqu\u00e9s dans des scandales sexuels, les pr\u00e9lats sont d\u00e9sormais sous les feux des projecteurs concernant leurs penchants libidinaux. Six ans apr\u00e8s les premi\u00e8res plaintes d\u00e9pos\u00e9es en\u00a02015 par d\u2019anciens scouts abus\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque par l\u2019aum\u00f4nier de Sainte-Foy-l\u00e8s-Lyon (Rh\u00f4ne), cette annonce va calmer les esprits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 son proc\u00e8s en mars\u00a02020, la procureure a accus\u00e9 Preynat d\u2019avoir\u00a0<em>\u00ab\u00a0bris\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>\u00a0les vies des jeunes scouts et de s\u2019\u00eatre\u00a0<em>\u00ab\u00a0servi du silence des parents et du silence de l\u2019Eglise\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>\u00a0pour multiplier ses abus. Un des avocats des parties civiles avait estim\u00e9 le nombre d\u2019agressions entre 3\u00a0000\u00a0et 4\u00a0000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lire aussi: Ha\u00efti\/ Nouvelles
