{"id":302153,"date":"2021-11-08T10:03:07","date_gmt":"2021-11-08T10:03:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/afrikmag.com\/var\/www\/vhosts\/afrikmag.compublic_html\/?p=302153"},"modified":"2021-11-08T10:03:24","modified_gmt":"2021-11-08T10:03:24","slug":"proprietaire-verrouille-lporte-de-ses-locataires-serpent-vivant-loyer-impaye","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/afrikmag.com\/var\/www\/vhosts\/afrikmag.compublic_html\/proprietaire-verrouille-lporte-de-ses-locataires-serpent-vivant-loyer-impaye\/","title":{"rendered":"Un bailleur verrouille la porte de ses locataires avec un serpent vivant pour loyer impay\u00e9"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un propri\u00e9taire de maison m\u00e9content a pos\u00e9 un acte qu\u2019on pourrait qualifier d\u2019inimaginable en verrouillant la porte de sa propri\u00e9t\u00e9 avec un serpent apr\u00e8s que les locataires aient mis du retard \u00e0 payer leur loyer.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;incident aurait eu lieu dans la ville de Kitui au Kenya et a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 pour la premi\u00e8re fois apr\u00e8s que le gouverneur de la capitale Nairobi, Mike Sonko, a publi\u00e9 une image de la porte sur Facebook.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sur la photo, on peut voir un serpent vert enroul\u00e9 autour de la serrure d&rsquo;une porte.\u00a0Comme l\u00e9gende accompagnant la photo, Sonko a expliqu\u00e9 que le propri\u00e9taire avait d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d&rsquo;enrouler le reptile autour de la serrure \u00ab\u00a0<em>apr\u00e8s que les locataires n&rsquo;aient pas r\u00e9gl\u00e9 les arri\u00e9r\u00e9s de loyer de septembre et octobre\u00a0\u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le message de Sonko a suscit\u00e9 plus de 10 000 r\u00e9actions ainsi que plus de 1 400 commentaires sur Facebook avec des internautes divis\u00e9s sur l&rsquo;approche extr\u00eame du propri\u00e9taire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/afrikmag.com\/var\/www\/vhosts\/afrikmag.compublic_html\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/253630190_303735418035662_8810191915623171722_n.jpg\"><img  title=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/afrikmag.com\/var\/www\/vhosts\/afrikmag.compublic_html\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/253630190_303735418035662_8810191915623171722_n.jpg\"  alt=\"Un bailleur verrouille la porte de ses locataires avec un serpent vivant pour loyer impay\u00e9\"  class=\"wp-image-302157\" width=\"837\" height=\"925\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.afrikmag.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/253630190_303735418035662_8810191915623171722_n.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.afrikmag.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/253630190_303735418035662_8810191915623171722_n-271x300.jpg 271w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 837px) 100vw, 837px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un internaute du nom de Samson Robinson a estim\u00e9 que les droits du serpent avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0<em>enfreints<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb par les actions du propri\u00e9taire tandis qu\u2019un autre , Julius Munywoki a estim\u00e9 que l&rsquo;incident \u00ab\u00a0ternirait\u00a0\u00bb la r\u00e9putation de Kitui. Mwalimu Edwn Anton, quant \u00e0 lui, a estim\u00e9 que le verrou de serpent s&rsquo;av\u00e9rerait inefficace s&rsquo;il \u00e9tait mis \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9preuve. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Ce type de serpent mord rarement, et s&rsquo;il mord, il n&rsquo;a pas de venin donc inoffensif <\/em>a t-il comment\u00e9.\u00a0<em>\u00ab\u00a0Il suffit de le retirer et de le jeter.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p \u00ab\u00a0aucun sens\u00a0\u00bb tandis que Timothy Mwetu a affirm\u00e9 que l&rsquo;image \u00e9tait une \u00ab\u00a0<em>propagande \u00e9dit\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>\u00a0con\u00e7ue pour nuire \u00e0 la r\u00e9putation du Kenya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cependant, selon Naija News, le propri\u00e9taire responsable de l&rsquo;utilisation du serpent a \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9 dans les rapports locaux comme Samuel Kioko, qui r\u00e9side dans la r\u00e9gion de Kunda Kindu \u00e0 Kitui.\u00a0\u00a0Ils disent que Kioko a \u00ab\u00a0<em>discr\u00e8tement plac\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>\u00a0le serpent sur la porte apr\u00e8s que les locataires se soient rendues au travail le matin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;animal n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas attach\u00e9 \u00e0 la porte, mais la nouvelle de son apparition est rapidement devenue virale. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les serpents restent une source
