{"id":300292,"date":"2021-10-27T11:01:40","date_gmt":"2021-10-27T11:01:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/afrikmag.com\/var\/www\/vhosts\/afrikmag.compublic_html\/?p=300292"},"modified":"2021-10-27T11:01:57","modified_gmt":"2021-10-27T11:01:57","slug":"ghana-femme-condamnee-pour-avoir-simule-son-propre-enlevement","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/afrikmag.com\/var\/www\/vhosts\/afrikmag.compublic_html\/ghana-femme-condamnee-pour-avoir-simule-son-propre-enlevement\/","title":{"rendered":"Ghana\/ Une femme condamn\u00e9e pour avoir simul\u00e9 son propre enl\u00e8vement"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Une femme de 29 ans, qui avait simul\u00e9 son enl\u00e8vement \u00e0 Takoradi dans la r\u00e9gion Ouest du Ghana, a \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9e \u00e0 6 ans de prison, le mardi 26 octobre.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Joana Krah a \u00e9t\u00e9 reconnue coupable d\u2019avoir sem\u00e9 la panique, en publiant de fausses nouvelles et en trompant un policier. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En effet, elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9e le vendredi 22 octobre 2021 apr\u00e8s avoir simul\u00e9 son enl\u00e8vement pour extorquer 5000 cedis \u00e0 son parrain. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon la police, Madama Joana a conspir\u00e9 avec deux autres complices, Susan Awortwe et Francis Eshun pour ex\u00e9cuter le plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La suspecte s\u2019est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e au commissariat central de Takoradi pour avouer son plan, apr\u00e8s avoir d\u00e9couvert que la police avait lanc\u00e9 un avis de recherche sur sa personne. Le juge Micheal Kwodjoe Ampadu a ensuite d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu\u2019elle ne purgerait qu\u2019une peine de 6 ans de prison.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce n\u2019est pas la premi\u00e8re fois qu\u2019une femme met en sc\u00e8ne son enl\u00e8vement \u00e0 Takoradie. Cette ville c\u00f4ti\u00e8re de l\u2019ouest du Ghana, proche de la C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire, avait \u00e9t\u00e9 le th\u00e9\u00e2tre d\u2019un cas r\u00e9cent de faux enl\u00e8vements survenus dans la r\u00e9gion de l\u2019Ouest. Josephine Panyin Mensah, actuellement en libert\u00e9 sous caution, avait \u00e9galement simul\u00e9 sa grossesse et son enl\u00e8vement.
