Durant trois journ\u00e9es d&rsquo;\u00e9changes et de r\u00e9flexions, des experts et conseillers sont rest\u00e9s au charbon pour proposer des solutions sur la promotion de la d\u00e9mocratie participative pour la construction des villes durables.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le ministre des Sports Danho Paulin, a reprent\u00e9 le gouvernement ivoirien \u00e0 la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de cl\u00f4ture des travaux de la 20\u00e8me conf\u00e9rence de l&rsquo;OIDP plac\u00e9 sous le th\u00e8me <em>\u00ab\u00a0Villes\/ territoires durables et d\u00e9mocratie participative<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0. Dans son message au nom du gouvernement ivoirien, Danho  Paulin, a exhort\u00e9 les parties prenantes et les populations \u00e0 s&rsquo;approprier les r\u00e9solutions des panelistes \u00e0 l&rsquo;issue de ces 72 heures de r\u00e9flexions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab Nous sommes convaincus que gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ces d\u00e9bats riches et fructueux, les objectifs de cette conf\u00e9rence ont \u00e9t\u00e9 largement atteints. La d\u00e9mocratie participative ne peut pas \u00eatre et ne doit pas \u00eatre un slogan politique. Je voudrais exhorter toutes les parties prenantes \u00e0 s\u2019impr\u00e9gner et \u00e0 s\u2019approprier les recommandations des panelistes et surtout s\u2019approprier les r\u00e9solutions contenues dans la d\u00e9claration d\u2019Abidjan \u00bb, a-t-il conseill\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A l&rsquo;issue de ces trois jours de conf\u00e9rence, ayant tenu leurs promesses, le Maire Jean Marc Yac\u00e9, par ailleurs pr\u00e9sident en exercice de l&rsquo;IODP, a \u00e0 son tour ressorti un bilan positif. Selon le rapport de Synth\u00e8se livr\u00e9 par le pr\u00e9sident du comit\u00e9 scientifique , M. Vamery, les \u00e9lus, enseignants chercheurs et acteurs \u00e9conomiques ont travaill\u00e9 en synergie pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins des th\u00e9matiques abord\u00e9es. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il en ressort, que quatre sous-th\u00e8mes notamment, D\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique locale, Environnement et participation citoyenne, Droit \u00e0 la vie et enfin la Gouvernance et d\u00e9mocratie participative, ont servi d&rsquo;axes principaux de r\u00e9flexion. Ils ont permis de mettre en exergue les insuffisances auxquelles font face les villes et populations, favoriser des propositions de solutions pour l&rsquo;adoption d&rsquo;une d\u00e9marche participative qui favoriserait une transition \u00e9cologique en phase avec la d\u00e9mocratie participative. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le pr\u00e9sident du comit\u00e9 scientifique de la 20\u00e8me conf\u00e9rence de l&rsquo;OIDP a invit\u00e9 les \u00e9lus locaux \u00e0 \u0153uvrer \u00e0 la promotion des r\u00e9solutions apport\u00e9es afin de promouvoir des villes durables.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La 21\u00e8me conf\u00e9rence de l&rsquo;Observatoire International de la D\u00e9mocratie Participative (OIDP), se tiendra dans la ville de Grenoble en France. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La 20\u00e8me conf\u00e9rence de l&rsquo;Observatoire International de la D\u00e9mocratie Participative \u00e0 pris fin vendredi, 22 octobre 2021.
