{"id":299228,"date":"2021-10-20T13:19:54","date_gmt":"2021-10-20T13:19:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/afrikmag.com\/var\/www\/vhosts\/afrikmag.compublic_html\/?p=299228"},"modified":"2021-10-20T13:20:04","modified_gmt":"2021-10-20T13:20:04","slug":"une-mere-celibataire-de-neuf-enfants-condamnee-a-mort-plaide-pour-sa-vie","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/afrikmag.com\/var\/www\/vhosts\/afrikmag.compublic_html\/une-mere-celibataire-de-neuf-enfants-condamnee-a-mort-plaide-pour-sa-vie\/","title":{"rendered":"Une m\u00e8re c\u00e9libataire de neuf enfants condamn\u00e9e \u00e0 mort plaide pour sa vie"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une m\u00e8re de neuf enfants a \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9e \u00e0 mort en Malaisie apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 reconnue coupable de possession et de distribution de drogue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hairun JalmanI, 55 ans, a \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9 \u00e0 mort la semaine derni\u00e8re par la Haute Cour de Tawau \u00e0 Sabah, apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9e avec 113,9 g de m\u00e9thamph\u00e9tamine en 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Son cas a attir\u00e9 l&rsquo;attention du monde entier apr\u00e8s qu&rsquo;une vid\u00e9o d&rsquo;elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 partag\u00e9e sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img  title=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/alexis.lindaikejisblog.com\/photos\/shares\/616fc32a68b5e.PNG\"  alt=\"Une m\u00e8re c\u00e9libataire de neuf enfants condamn\u00e9e \u00e0 mort plaide pour sa vie\"  width=\"839\" height=\"1011\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La vid\u00e9o capture le moment o\u00f9 JalmanI a appris qu&rsquo;elle serait condamn\u00e9e \u00e0 mort pour des infractions li\u00e9es \u00e0 la drogue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On peut la voir dans la vid\u00e9o en train de pleurer et de plaider pour sa vie alors qu&rsquo;un officier l&rsquo;escorte hors de la salle d&rsquo;audience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La sc\u00e8ne a incit\u00e9 Amnesty International Malaisie \u00e0 s&rsquo;exprimer sur la fa\u00e7on dont les femmes sont trait\u00e9es dans le pays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ils ont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que 95% de toutes les femmes condamn\u00e9es \u00e0 mort en 2019 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9es pour des infractions li\u00e9es \u00e0 la drogue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img  title=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/alexis.lindaikejisblog.com\/photos\/shares\/616fc363a9031.PNG\"  alt=\"Une m\u00e8re c\u00e9libataire de neuf enfants condamn\u00e9e \u00e0 mort plaide pour sa vie\"  width=\"841\" height=\"973\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Amnesty International Malaisie a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que les femmes qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 prises en train de vendre de la drogue sont victimes de violence, d&rsquo;abus et d&rsquo;exploitation par d&rsquo;autres, mais en vertu des lois en vigueur, ces facteurs ne sont pas pris en compte lors de la condamnation de ces femmes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S&rsquo;exprimant sur Twitter, Amnesty International Malaisie a \u00e9crit : \u00ab Les chances de vie de Hairun \u00e9taient contre elle. C&rsquo;\u00e9tait une m\u00e8re c\u00e9libataire dans l&rsquo;\u00c9tat le plus pauvre de Malaisie qui essayait de subvenir aux besoins de 9 enfants. Son cas est un exemple de la fa\u00e7on dont la peine de mort en Malaisie punit les pauvres avec des discriminations particuli\u00e8res. Surtout contre les femmes.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;Ong ajoute : \u00ab Pourquoi le droit \u00e0 la vie est-il si facilement ni\u00e9 par le gouvernement ? Qui est prot\u00e9g\u00e9 lorsqu&rsquo;une m\u00e8re c\u00e9libataire de neuf enfants est condamn\u00e9e \u00e0 mort et retir\u00e9e de ses enfants ?
