C&rsquo;est le Chef d&rsquo;Etat-Major de l&rsquo;arm\u00e9e de ce pays qui en donne l&rsquo;information<\/strong>. <strong>A un moment o\u00f9 le pr\u00e9sident Embalo est hors de son pays.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un coup d&rsquo;Etat a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9vent\u00e9 par les services de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;arm\u00e9e. Le G\u00e9n\u00e9ral Nan Ntan, chef d&rsquo;Etat-Major de l&rsquo;arm\u00e9e bissau-guin\u00e9enne d\u00e9clare: <em>\u00ab\u00a0Nous avons r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 identifier un groupe de militaires des FARP (Forces arm\u00e9es r\u00e9volutionnaires du peuple) qui est en train de mobiliser des soldats en achetant leur conscience contre des billets de banque afin de subvertir l&rsquo;ordre constitutionnel \u00e9tabli\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Biagu\u00e9 Na Ntan, chef d&rsquo;\u00e9tat-major g\u00e9n\u00e9ral des arm\u00e9es, fait cette r\u00e9v\u00e9lation, \u00e0 l&rsquo;occasion de la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de c\u00e9l\u00e9bration du 47e anniversaire de la cr\u00e9ation de la Police militaire. L&rsquo;arm\u00e9e sait ce qui se trame gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des fuites sur le coup d&rsquo;Etat. \u00ab<em>Ce sont les soldats ayant re\u00e7u de l&rsquo;argent qui ont d\u00e9nonc\u00e9 les auteurs de ces actes ignobles\u00bb<\/em>, confie le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Nan Ntan. Cette annonce intervient le jour m\u00eame o\u00f9 le pr\u00e9sident\u00a0<strong>Umaru Sissoco Embalo<\/strong>\u00a0effectue une visite de travail de 48 heures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La\u00a0<strong>Guin\u00e9e-Bissau<\/strong>, ancienne colonie portugaise devenue ind\u00e9pendante en 1974. Cela apr\u00e8s une longue guerre de lib\u00e9ration, men\u00e9e par le Parti africain pour l&rsquo;ind\u00e9pendance de la Guin\u00e9e-Bissau et du Cap-Vert (PAIGC) fond\u00e9 par Amilcar Cabral, assassin\u00e9 en 1973. Ce pays a connu quatre putschs dont le dernier remonte \u00e0 2012.
