{"id":29134,"date":"2016-05-10T00:39:24","date_gmt":"2016-05-10T00:39:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/afrikmag.com\/?p=29134"},"modified":"2016-05-10T00:39:24","modified_gmt":"2016-05-10T00:39:24","slug":"perspectives-economiques-fmi-predit-avenir-sombre-cameroun","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/afrikmag.com\/var\/www\/vhosts\/afrikmag.compublic_html\/perspectives-economiques-fmi-predit-avenir-sombre-cameroun\/","title":{"rendered":"Perspectives \u00e9conomiques: Le FMI pr\u00e9dit un avenir sombre au Cameroun"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ces pr\u00e9dictions sombres sur le Cameroun\u00a0ont \u00e9t\u00e9 consign\u00e9es \u00a0dans le traditionnel bulletin des analyses et projections du FMI publi\u00e9es en avril 2016 .\u00a0Le quotidien de l\u2019\u00c9conomie indique que l\u2019institution de Bretton Woods pr\u00e9sente le Cameroun comme un pays \u00e0 revenu interm\u00e9diaire <em>\u00abmoins d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 sur le plan financier qu\u2019il ne l\u2019\u00e9tait dans les ann\u00e9es 80\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Un recul qui se justifie en partie par l\u2019existence des conflits \u00e0 l\u2019instar des attaques de la n\u00e9buleuse secte \u00a0Boko Haram. \u00c0 ce sujet, le journal de l\u2019\u00e9conomie \u00e9crit, le FMI mentionne qu\u2019 <em>\u00abau Cameroun, la menace du terrorisme se concentre \u00e9galement dans les r\u00e9gions rurales et pauvres, mais elle a provoqu\u00e9 une augmentation des d\u00e9penses de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 dont l\u2019impact budg\u00e9taire se situe aux alentours de<\/em><em>\u00a0<\/em><strong><em>1 \u00e0 2 % du PIB<\/em><\/strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><em>[Produit Int\u00e9rieur Brut]\u00bb<\/em>. L\u2019\u00e9quivalent entre<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>165 et 230 milliards<\/strong>\u00a0de FCFA.<\/p>\n<p>Le journal de la valeur ajout\u00e9e poursuit:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00a0<em>\u00abEn termes chiffr\u00e9s, le Fonds Mon\u00e9taire International pr\u00e9voit que la dette publique va s\u2019aggraver. Si en 2015, elle repr\u00e9sentait 33,5% du PIB, elle sera de 38%, et 41,3% respectivement, les deux prochaines ann\u00e9es. La balance commerciale aussi va aller de mal en pis. -2,1% l\u2019an dernier, elle repr\u00e9sentera -3,0% l\u2019ann\u00e9e en cours et -2,9% en 2017. Les exportations de biens et de services aussi vont conna\u00eetre une tendance baissi\u00e8re : 23,9% en 2015 contre 20% et 20,1%, les ann\u00e9es suivantes. Les recettes publiques, hors dons, elles, vont s\u2019amoindrir parce que partant de 17,4% lors du dernier exercice, elles vont baisser respectivement \u00e0 15,6, puis 15,8% cette ann\u00e9e et l\u2019an prochain\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Ce n\u2019est pas tout, puisque, le quotidien \u00e9conomique mentionne aussi que<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00a0<em>\u00abL\u2019\u00e9pargne nationale brute va en p\u00e2tir. De 16,0% en 2015, elle va d\u00e9cro\u00eetre les deux ann\u00e9es d\u2019apr\u00e8s \u00e0 15,7 et 15,0% du PIB. L\u2019investissement ne s\u2019en portera pas mieux : 21,8% en 2015 contre 21,4 en 2016 et 20,5% en 2017. Le taux de croissance alors va d\u00e9sesp\u00e9r\u00e9ment r\u00e9gresser : 5,9% en 2015 contre 4,9% en 2016 et 4,6% en 2017\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Le pays fait face \u00e0 cette actualit\u00e9 au moment o\u00f9 se pr\u00e9pare une conf\u00e9rence internationale sur l\u2019investissement pr\u00e9vue pour les \u00a017 et 18 mai prochain.
