Les cons\u00e9quences d&rsquo;une s\u00e9quence de l&rsquo;\u00e9mission ont surpris l&rsquo;animateur et la chaine de t\u00e9l\u00e9vision NCI.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 an de prison avec sursis et 2 millions d&rsquo;amende et 2 ans d&rsquo;interdiction de paraitre en C\u00f4te d&rsquo;Ivoire, \u00e0 l&rsquo;exception de la ville d&rsquo;Abidjan. C&rsquo;est la sentence du juge qui a entendu l&rsquo;animateur Yves de Mbella et l&rsquo;homme qu&rsquo;il a invit\u00e9 pour faire une sensibilisation sur le viol, selon lui.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yves de Mbella a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 ce jour devant le parquet pour des accusations d&rsquo;apologie du viol. Lors d&rsquo;une \u00e9mission qu&rsquo;il anime, il avait invit\u00e9 un personnage se disant ancien violeur. Avec ce personnage, il a essay\u00e9 de reproduire une sc\u00e8ne de viol. Ainsi, alors que le pr\u00e9sum\u00e9 ancien violeur se tr\u00e9moussait sur un mannequin d\u00e9pos\u00e9 \u00e0 terre pour les besoins de la cause, Yves de Mbella lui posait des questions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ses questions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 jug\u00e9es offensantes pour la gent f\u00e9minine. Mieux, elles ont soulev\u00e9 un toll\u00e9 qui a pris une tournure incroyable. Avec Yves de Mbella, le pr\u00e9sum\u00e9 violeur repenti a \u00e9t\u00e9 conduit devant le parquet. Ce dernier dans une vid\u00e9o niait \u00eatre un ancien violeur. Quand le tonnerre a grond\u00e9&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le Procureur Adou Richard avait requis au moins deux ans de prison avec sursis pour l&rsquo;animateur Yves de Mbella.
