{"id":286517,"date":"2021-08-04T11:25:38","date_gmt":"2021-08-04T11:25:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/afrikmag.com\/var\/www\/vhosts\/afrikmag.compublic_html\/?p=286517"},"modified":"2021-08-05T12:17:03","modified_gmt":"2021-08-05T12:17:03","slug":"cote-divoire-voici-combien-va-couter-la-rehabilitation-de-la-decharge-dakouedo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/afrikmag.com\/var\/www\/vhosts\/afrikmag.compublic_html\/cote-divoire-voici-combien-va-couter-la-rehabilitation-de-la-decharge-dakouedo\/","title":{"rendered":"C\u00f4te d&rsquo;Ivoire\/ Voici combien va co\u00fbter la r\u00e9habilitation de la d\u00e9charge d&rsquo;Akouedo"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Le projet de conception et de r\u00e9habilitation de la d\u00e9charge d\u2019Akou\u00e9do \u00e0 Abidjan va co\u00fbter 121 milliards de franc CFA, selon des sources officielles.<\/strong><br><br>Ce projet structurant devrait notamment permettre, \u00e0 terme, la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un parc urbain de plus 100 hectares et d\u2019une plateforme de traitement et de valorisation du biogaz par cog\u00e9n\u00e9ration, dont la production d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 devrait atteindre une puissance d\u2019environ 2 m\u00e9gawatts.<br><br>Ouverte en 1965, la d\u00e9charge d\u2019Akou\u00e9do a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9finitivement ferm\u00e9e en 2018, apr\u00e8s l\u2019acquisition de la d\u00e9charge de Kossihouen, sur l&rsquo;autoroute du Nord.<br><br>Atlantique Finance, filiale du groupe marocain Banque centrale populaire (BCP), a pris part le 30 juillet 2021 en tant que chef de file du syndicat de placement, au lancement de la deuxi\u00e8me tranche de l\u2019emprunt obligataire de l\u2019Etat de C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire, d\u00e9nomm\u00e9 \u00abTPCI 5,80% 2021-2028\u00bb, sur le march\u00e9 financier r\u00e9gional de l\u2019Union Mon\u00e9taire Ouest-Africaine.<br><br>Cette seconde tranche de l\u2019emprunt obligataire consacr\u00e9 aux travaux de r\u00e9habilitation de la d\u00e9charge d\u2019Akou\u00e9do a fait l\u2019objet, mardi 3 ao\u00fbt, d\u2019un webinaire auquel ont pris part une centaine d\u2019investisseurs.<br><br>D\u2019un montant de 50 milliards de franc CFA, cette op\u00e9ration, constitu\u00e9e de 5 000 000 de titres d\u2019une valeur nominale de 10&nbsp;000 franc CFA, vise le financement partiel du projet de conception et de r\u00e9habilitation de la d\u00e9charge d\u2019Akou\u00e9do \u00e0 Abidjan.<br><br>Ce projet vert porte notamment sur le traitement des d\u00e9chets, la production d\u2019\u00e9nergies renouvelables et la pr\u00e9servation de la biodiversit\u00e9.<br><br>Le remboursement de l\u2019emprunt se fera par amortissement constant au taux d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat annuel de 5,80%, sur une p\u00e9riode de 7 ans, dont deux ans de diff\u00e9r\u00e9. Les souscriptions se d\u00e9roulent du 30 juillet au 12 ao\u00fbt 2021.<br><br>Le montant de cette op\u00e9ration (50 milliards de FCFA) constitue la deuxi\u00e8me tranche d\u2019un programme d\u2019\u00e9missions obligataires qui en compte trois, dont la premi\u00e8re (33,5 milliards de FCFA) a \u00e9t\u00e9 mobilis\u00e9e en 2020 et la troisi\u00e8me (37,993 milliards de FCFA) le sera en
