Il est finalement sorti victorieux de ce proc\u00e8s, \u00e0 la suite de la d\u00e9cision de la Cour supr\u00eame des Etats-Unis.  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s environ sept ans de bataille juridique avec son \u00e9cole, Gavin Grimm n\u00e9 de sexe f\u00e9minin, mais devenu homme, a d\u00e9finitivement remport\u00e9 la victoire contre son lyc\u00e9e, qui lui interdisait l&rsquo;utilisation des toilettes pour hommes. La d\u00e9cision a \u00e9t\u00e9 prise par la cour supr\u00eame am\u00e9ricaine, qui n&rsquo;a pas voulu se saisir d&rsquo;un recours introduit par les autorit\u00e9s scolaire de Virginie.
