Le Pr\u00e9sident Camerounais Paul Biya, ne sera pas pr\u00e9sent \u00e0 l’investiture de son ami et fr\u00e8re Sassou N’guesso \u00e0 Brazzaville, ce samedi 16 avril 2016, selon\u00a0un communiqu\u00e9 de presse de la pr\u00e9sidence de la R\u00e9publique du Cameroun, sign\u00e9 par le secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral . Paul Biya a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de se faire repr\u00e9senter \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement par son directeur de cabinet, Martin Belinga Eboutou,<\/p>\n

Jean-Marie Gakosso, ministre congolais des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res et de la Coop\u00e9ration, avait \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9p\u00each\u00e9 \u00e0 Yaound\u00e9, dimanche dernier, pour remettre \u00a0une invitation sp\u00e9ciale au pr\u00e9sident camerounais. Il avait \u00e9t\u00e9 re\u00e7u par le Premier ministre, Phil\u00e9mon Yang \u00e0 qui il a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 de \u00ab\u00a0l’enthousiasme\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 recevoir Paul Biya. \u00a0\u00bb le pr\u00e9sident\u00a0Sassou pense que s’il n y a que trois invit\u00e9s, que son \u00ab\u00a0fr\u00e8re et ami le pr\u00e9sident Paul Biya, doit \u00eatre parmi ceux l\u00e0,\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0avait d\u00e9clar\u00e9 l’envoy\u00e9 sp\u00e9cial congolais.<\/p>\n

Sassou N’Guesso a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9clar\u00e9 vainqueur avec 60,39%, aux \u00e9lections pr\u00e9sidentielles du 20 Mars. La candidature et l’\u00e9lection de Sassou N’guesso avait \u00e9t\u00e9 contest\u00e9e par l’opposition qui d\u00e9non\u00e7ait ses 32 ans de pouvoir cumul\u00e9s. Depuis lors plusieurs opposant sont en r\u00e9sidence surveill\u00e9e et le nettoyage des \u00ab\u00a0rebelles\u00a0\u00bb se poursuit dans le Pool, o\u00f9 les populations ont quitt\u00e9 leurs habitations pour se r\u00e9fugier en for\u00eat.<\/p>\n

L’on s’interroge sur l’absence voulue du chef de l’\u00e9tat camerounais \u00e0 l’investiture de son vieil ami.<\/p>\n
