A l&rsquo;issue de la formation, ces jeunes ont b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 de trois cages pour le lancement de leurs activit\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9levage de cette vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de poissons de la part des responsables du Projet de d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019\u00e9levage du tilapia en cage au Cameroun.<\/p>\n<p>. Le site investiraucameroun r\u00e9v\u00e8le que ce projet est pilot\u00e9 par le minist\u00e8re de l\u2019\u00c9levage et des p\u00eaches.<\/p>\n<p>Selon le coordinateur du projet mentionn\u00e9, Divine Tombuh, qui b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie de l\u2019assistance technique de la FAO, cette initiative va dans les jours \u00e0 venir s\u2019\u00e9tendre \u00e0 trois autres bassins de production. Il s\u2019agit de Yabassi, ville dans laquelle se d\u00e9veloppe une intense activit\u00e9 de p\u00eache sur le fleuve Moungo, Mbambalang qui abrite une partie de la retenue d\u2019eau du barrage de Bamendjin et Lagdo qui abrite un barrage du m\u00eame nom.<\/p>\n<p>Des sources proches du minist\u00e8re camerounais de l\u2019\u00c9levage et de la p\u00eache r\u00e9v\u00e8le que les autorit\u00e9s camerounaises \u00a0semblent avoir plus d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat pour ce type d\u2019\u00e9levage parce qu\u2019il est plus performant en termes de productivit\u00e9. Egalement parce qu\u2019il se pratique sur des cours d\u2019eau.
