Sur ce point, l&rsquo;ex-pr\u00e9sident ivoirien a tenu \u00e0 saluer particuli\u00e8rement les ressortissants d&rsquo;un pays d&rsquo;Afrique Centrale.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depuis son transfert \u00e0 la Cour P\u00e9nale Internationale, Laurent Gbagbo n&rsquo;a jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 seul. Le leader du Front Populaire Ivoirien a b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 du soutien de ses partisans ivoiriens. Que ce soit en C\u00f4te d&rsquo;Ivoire, en Afrique comme en Europe, ils sont des milliers \u00e0 s&rsquo;\u00eatre mobilis\u00e9s durant dix ans pour lui t\u00e9moigner leur sympathie. Gbagbo en conscient et salue cet \u00e9lan de g\u00e9n\u00e9rosit\u00e9 \u00e0 son \u00e9gard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Parmi ses soutiens, Gbagbo a lev\u00e9 un coin de voile sur ce qui se passait dans certains pays, sinon la majorit\u00e9 des palais africains. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Toute l&rsquo;Afrique m&rsquo;a soutenu, aussi bien les peuples que  la plupart des chefs d&rsquo;Etat\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 Laurent Gbagbo. Sur sa lanc\u00e9e, il s&rsquo;est voulu reconnaissant du soutien sp\u00e9cial \u00e0 lui accord\u00e9 par le Cameroun et surtout les citoyens de ce pays. Il leur a d\u00e9di\u00e9 une mention sp\u00e9ciale dans ses remerciements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lorsqu&rsquo;il \u00e9tait en prison, en effet, des \u00e9missaires de Laurent Gbagbo \u00e9taient tr\u00e8s souvent re\u00e7us par des chefs d&rsquo;Etat ou leurs envoy\u00e9s, afin de discuter du cas Gbagbo. Pour ne pas s&rsquo;attirer le courroux de la France sous Sarkozy, ces rencontres se d\u00e9roulaient dans le plus grand secret.
