Ce projet vient d\u2019\u00eatre officialis\u00e9 ce 14 juin, &nbsp;par la direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale du groupe.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce projet d\u2019entr\u00e9e en bourse, a \u00e9t\u00e9 initi\u00e9 dans le but d\u2019accroitre la capacit\u00e9 du groupe \u00e0 \u00eatre un leader europ\u00e9en. C\u2019est ce qu\u2019a indiqu\u00e9 Michel Paulin, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral d\u2019OVHcloud. Qui est jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce jour gouvern\u00e9 par&nbsp;Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure et Google Cloud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">IL faut savoir que le groupe OVH, un des principaux acteurs dans l\u2019initiative Gaia-X, entreprit par la France et l\u2019Allemagne, \u00e9tait jusque-l\u00e0 essentiellement focus sur le financement de son d\u00e9veloppement par des emprunts bancaires.
