Ainsi dans un communiqu\u00e9 du gouvernement, \u00e0 travers le Secr\u00e9tariat ex\u00e9cutif du Comit\u00e9 de concertation \u00c9tat\/Secteur priv\u00e9 (Se-Ccesp) ainsi que les minist\u00e8res en charge de l\u2019Agriculture et du D\u00e9veloppement rural et celui du Commerce et de l\u2019Industrie, a inform\u00e9 les acteurs de l&rsquo;\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me du Caf\u00e9-Cacao de la prise de l\u2019ordonnance n\u00b02018-756 du 26 septembre 2018, visant \u00e0 promouvoir les op\u00e9rateurs nationaux exportateurs de caf\u00e9 et de cacao. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon les informations recueillies, cette d\u00e9cision r\u00e9sulte des nombreuses difficult\u00e9s rencontr\u00e9es par les acteurs nationaux exer\u00e7ants dans ce milieu tr\u00e8s juteux, qui est domin\u00e9 par six multinationales. Outre cela, la disparition de 50% des op\u00e9rateurs Ivoiriens dans le n\u00e9goce, la transformation du cacao et la d\u00e9pendance des acteurs nationaux vis-\u00e0-vis des multinationales relativement aux achats sont les quelques raisons qui poussent le gouvernement \u00e0 privil\u00e9gier les nationaux. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A travers cette d\u00e9cision, le gouvernement entend octroyer 20% de contrats de d\u00e9blocage des multinationales aux exportateurs et transformateurs nationaux. Pour tous les nationaux qui souhaitent b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de cette ordonnance, ceux-ci doivent respecter ou \u00e9tablir les consignes suivantes : disposer d\u2019un agr\u00e9ment exportateur ou transformateur en cours de validit\u00e9\u00a0; ne pas avoir\u00a0 fait de d\u00e9faut\u00a0; prouver l\u2019existence d\u2019une ligne de financement ferme pour les achats produits\u00a0; avoir une situation financi\u00e8re saine vis-\u00e0-vis du Conseil du caf\u00e9-cacao\u00a0; r\u00e9aliser les achats en propre directement aupr\u00e8s des fournisseurs\u00a0; ne pas avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9clar\u00e9 coupable dans un litige commercial avec les fournisseurs de produits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Photo : DR <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le gouvernement ivoirien, dans sa politique de redistribution des richesses attend donner la chance aux nationaux \u0153uvrant dans le secteur du cacao.
