Une nouvelle r\u00e9bellion baptis\u00e9e \u00ab\u00a0Front pour l’Alternance et la Concorde au Tchad\u00a0\u00bb, oppos\u00e9e au r\u00e9gime du pr\u00e9sident Idriss D\u00e9by Itno, vient de voir le jour au Tchad.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u00ab\u00a0R\u00e9unis en assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale constitutive depuis le 02 avril 2016, des dignes fils du Tchad ont fond\u00e9 ce jour (vendredi) \u00e0 Tanoua, un mouvement politico-militaire d\u00e9nomm\u00e9 Front pour l’Alternance et la Concorde au Tchad\u00a0\u00bb explique le document.<\/p>\n

Le FACT \u00ab\u00a0a pour objectif la r\u00e9alisation des aspirations fondamentales du Peuple tchadien (…) la concr\u00e9tisation de l’alternance politique\u00a0\u00bb, toujours selon le communiqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Cette r\u00e9bellion est une branche dissidente de l’ex-Union des forces pour la d\u00e9mocratie et le d\u00e9veloppement (UFDD), mouvement fond\u00e9 par l’un des plus influents chefs rebelles, le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Mahamat Nouri.<\/p>\n

Joint au t\u00e9l\u00e9phone par l’AFP, le chef du FACT, Mahamat Mahdi-Ali, a affirm\u00e9 se trouver \u00e0 Tanoua, dans l’extr\u00eame-nord du Tchad, \u00e0 la fronti\u00e8re avec la Libye, o\u00f9 il dit avoir \u00ab\u00a0fond\u00e9 une base\u00a0\u00bb forte de 1.500 hommes aujourd’hui.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Nous avons pour ambition de faire partir Idriss D\u00e9by, et nous allons user de tous les moyens l\u00e9gitimes (…) cela peut aller jusqu’au conflit arm\u00e9 si nous n’avons pas d’autre choix que la violence, car jusque-l\u00e0 le processus \u00e9lectoral n’a aucun caract\u00e8re transparent ni juste\u00a0\u00bb, a poursuivi M. Mahdi-Ali, ancien secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l’UFDD, affirmant que le FACT \u00e9tait \u00ab\u00a0bien \u00e9quip\u00e9, bien arm\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Des \u00ab\u00a0affrontements\u00a0\u00bb ont par ailleurs oppos\u00e9 la semaine derni\u00e8re les hommes de Mahamat Mahdi-Ali \u00e0 ceux du g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Mahamat Nouri dans le sud libyen – base arri\u00e8re historique des r\u00e9bellions tchadiennes avec le Soudan – faisant \u00ab\u00a0une vingtaine de morts de part et d’autre\u00a0\u00bb, selon le chef du FACT.<\/p>\n

Ce bilan a \u00e9t\u00e9 confirm\u00e9 de source s\u00e9curitaire tchadienne, qui parle de \u00ab\u00a0querelles de clans\u00a0\u00bb entre les chefs des groupes arm\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Nous avions des divergences politiques. Mahamat Nouri voudrait appliquer les anciens principes de gu\u00e9rilla qui consistent \u00e0 remplacer Idriss D\u00e9by \u00e0 la t\u00eate du pays alors que nous n’avons pas l’ambition de prendre le pouvoir\u00a0\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Mahdi-Ali.<\/p>\n

En f\u00e9vrier 2008, l’UFDD, r\u00e9unie avec d’autres r\u00e9bellions au sein de l’Alliance nationale (AN) dirig\u00e9e par Mahamat Nouri, avait men\u00e9 une offensive sur N’Djamena et avait \u00e9t\u00e9 tout pr\u00e8s de renverser le r\u00e9gime du pr\u00e9sident D\u00e9by, retranch\u00e9 dans son palais.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
