Les bars situ\u00e9s\u00a0\u00a0\u00e0 quelques m\u00e8tres de la prison sont des espaces tr\u00e8s appr\u00e9ci\u00e9s \u00a0par les hommes en tenue.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00abPas moyen pour les clients ordinaires de circuler\u00bb<\/em>, nous r\u00e9v\u00e8le-t-on. On aper\u00e7oit sur les tables, une panoplie de \u00a0produits des industries brassicoles. \u00ab<em>Il ne se passe pas un jour sans qu\u2019on ne voit les policiers circuler dans ce bar devenu leur point de rencontre, un lieu de n\u00e9gociation des particuliers, qui veulent rendre visite \u00e0 leurs proches incarc\u00e9r\u00e9s, un endroit o\u00f9 se traitent des affaires sombres<\/em>\u00bb, d\u00e9clarent les serveuses sous anonymat.<\/p>\n<p>Selon le t\u00e9moignage de ces serveuses, ces fonctionnaires d\u2019\u00c9tat en tenue n\u2019ont pas d\u2019heure fixe de travail<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>. \u00ab<em>Ils boivent \u00e0 toutes les heures et pendant de longs moments. Difficile voire impossible de savoir s\u2019ils consomment pendant les heures de travail, vu que pendant qu\u2019ils boivent, ils travaillent. Ils font leurs affaires. On ne conna\u00eet pas \u00e7a ici madame<\/em>\u00bb, pr\u00e9cisent les demoiselles, surprises du fait qu\u2019il y a quelques mois, que des mesures avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 prises pour interdire\u00a0la pr\u00e9sence des hommes en tenue dans les d\u00e9bits aux heures de travail.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>\u00ab<em>Vous \u00eates s\u00e9rieux? Si une telle disposition a \u00e9t\u00e9 prise, de ce c\u00f4t\u00e9 de New-Bell, l\u2019on n\u2019a jamais ressenti son effet. Ce bar n\u2019a jamais d\u00e9sempli voil\u00e0 plus de cinq ans que j\u2019y travaille. Croyez-vous que l\u2019on puisse emp\u00eacher les hommes en tenue de boire? Ils s\u2019en foutent.<\/em>\u00bb, d\u00e9clarent les serveuses.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>La majorit\u00e9 de ces hommes en tenue qui fr\u00e9quentent les bars sont surpris et \u00e9tonn\u00e9s lorsqu&rsquo;on leur pose \u00a0la question de savoir s\u2019ils sont au courant de l&rsquo;interdiction de fr\u00e9quenter les d\u00e9bits pendant les heures de travail.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00ab<em>Ladite d\u00e9cision si elle existe, concerne ceux des hommes en tenue qui s\u2019assoient dans les d\u00e9bits avec leur b\u00e9ret sur la t\u00eate.
