Vendu en 2008 au milliardaire Tom Barrack \u00e0 seulement 23 millions pour \u00e9ponger ses multiples dettes li\u00e9es aux nombreuses affaires de m\u0153urs en justice, il mourut quelques jours avant sa tourn\u00e9e initi\u00e9e pour le contraindre \u00e0 rembourser une autre partie importante de ses dettes contract\u00e9es aupr\u00e8s de Tom.<\/p>\n<p>Si le vaste domaine ayant appartenu au c\u00e9l\u00e8bre musicien n\u2019a pas encore pu trouver de client, c\u2019est bien parce que son nouveau propri\u00e9taire a gonfl\u00e9 sa valeur si bien que le Neverland couterait aujourd\u2019hui 100 millions de dollars, soit 5 milliards de FCFA.
