{"id":274214,"date":"2021-06-02T11:58:25","date_gmt":"2021-06-02T11:58:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/afrikmag.com\/var\/www\/vhosts\/afrikmag.compublic_html\/?p=274214"},"modified":"2021-06-02T12:03:03","modified_gmt":"2021-06-02T12:03:03","slug":"chine-enregistre-le-premier-cas-humain-de-grippe-aviaire-h10n3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/afrikmag.com\/var\/www\/vhosts\/afrikmag.compublic_html\/chine-enregistre-le-premier-cas-humain-de-grippe-aviaire-h10n3\/","title":{"rendered":"La Chine enregistre le premier cas humain de grippe aviaire H10N3"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Chine a signal\u00e9 le premier cas d&rsquo;infection humaine par la souche H10N3 de grippe aviaire dans la province orientale du Jiangsu, a annonc\u00e9 mardi 1er juin la Commission nationale chinoise de la sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;homme, un habitant de 41 ans de la ville de Zhenjiang, a \u00e9t\u00e9 hospitalis\u00e9 le 28 avril apr\u00e8s avoir d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 de la fi\u00e8vre et d&rsquo;autres sympt\u00f4mes, a indiqu\u00e9 le NHC dans un communiqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le patient a \u00e9t\u00e9 diagnostiqu\u00e9 comme porteur du virus de la grippe aviaire H10N3 le 28 mai, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 la Commission nationale de la sant\u00e9 dans un communiqu\u00e9 sans pr\u00e9ciser comment l&rsquo;homme avait \u00e9t\u00e9 infect\u00e9 par le virus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;homme \u00e9tait stable et pr\u00eat \u00e0 sortir de l&rsquo;h\u00f4pital.&nbsp;&nbsp;L&rsquo;observation m\u00e9dicale de ses proches n&rsquo;avait trouv\u00e9 aucun autre cas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aucun autre cas d&rsquo;infection humaine par le H10N3 n&rsquo;a \u00e9t\u00e9 signal\u00e9 auparavant dans le monde, selon le communiqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le H10N3 est une souche du virus faiblement pathog\u00e8ne, ou relativement moins grave, du virus chez les volailles et le risque de propagation \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s faible, a ajout\u00e9 le NHC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La souche n&rsquo;est \u00ab\u00a0<em>pas un virus tr\u00e8s commun<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Filip Claes, coordinateur du laboratoire r\u00e9gional du Centre d&rsquo;urgence pour les maladies animales transfronti\u00e8res de l&rsquo;Organisation des Nations Unies pour l&rsquo;alimentation et l&rsquo;agriculture au Bureau r\u00e9gional pour l&rsquo;Asie et le Pacifique.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>LIRE AUSSI:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/afrikmag.com\/var\/www\/vhosts\/afrikmag.compublic_html\/russie-detecte-le-premier-cas-de-grippe-aviaire-h5n8-chez-lhomme\/\">Grippe aviaire : la Russie dit avoir d\u00e9tect\u00e9 le premier cas de transmission \u00e0 l\u2019humain<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seulement environ 160 isolats du virus ont \u00e9t\u00e9 signal\u00e9s au cours des 40 ann\u00e9es jusqu&rsquo;en 2018, principalement chez des oiseaux sauvages ou des oiseaux aquatiques en Asie et dans certaines r\u00e9gions limit\u00e9es d&rsquo;Am\u00e9rique du Nord, et aucun n&rsquo;a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9tect\u00e9 chez les poulets jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, a-t-il ajout\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;analyse des donn\u00e9es g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques du virus sera n\u00e9cessaire pour d\u00e9terminer s&rsquo;il ressemble \u00e0 des virus plus anciens ou s&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un nouveau m\u00e9lange de diff\u00e9rents virus, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Claes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Chine a signal\u00e9 le premier cas d&rsquo;infection humaine par la souche H10N3 de grippe aviaire dans la province orientale du Jiangsu, a annonc\u00e9 mardi 1er juin la Commission nationale chinoise de la sant\u00e9.
