Plusieurs fils de chefs d\u2019\u00c9tat ou de hauts dirigeants figurent parmi les personnalit\u00e9s africaines dans ces fichiers.<\/p>\n<p>Selon le quotidien \u00a0\u00bbLe Monde\u00a0\u00bb, Denis Christel Sassou-Nguesso apparait d\u00e8s les ann\u00e9es 1990 dans les documents de Mossak Fonseca. Le digne fils du pr\u00e9sident congolais aurait alors sollicit\u00e9 l\u2019expertise du cabinet panam\u00e9en pour mettre sur pied une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 domicili\u00e9e aux \u00eeles Vierges britanniques. Il refait surface dans ces fichiers en 2002, lorsqu\u2019une compagnie\u00a0n\u00e9gocie par \u00e9crit au cabinet la nomination du fils du pr\u00e9sident congolais en tant que fond\u00e9 de pouvoir de cette soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0offshore\u00a0\u00bb. Les informations du quotidien fran\u00e7ais sont d\u00e9menties en bloc par Denis Christel Sassou-Nguesso.<\/p>\n<p>John Addo Kufuor, fils de l&rsquo;ancien pr\u00e9sident ghan\u00e9en John Kufuor appara\u00eet aussi dans les pages du \u00ab\u00a0Panama Papers\u00a0\u00bb<em>.Q<\/em>uelques temps apr\u00e8s l\u2019investiture de son g\u00e9niteur en 2001, John Addo Kufuor mandate Mossack Fonseca pour cr\u00e9er The Excel 2000 Trust, li\u00e9 \u00e0 un compte bancaire\u00a0cr\u00e9dit\u00e9 de 75 000 dollars, r\u00e9v\u00e8le toujours, le m\u00e9dia Le Monde. Un \u00ab\u00a0trust\u00a0\u00bb actif jusqu&rsquo;en 2012. Il est \u00e9galement connect\u00e9 \u00e0 deux autres soci\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00ab\u00a0offshore\u00a0\u00bb, enregistr\u00e9es pendant le r\u00e8gne de son p\u00e8re, mais inactives depuis 2004 et 2007.<\/p>\n<p>Kojo Annan, fils de l&rsquo;ancien secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l&rsquo;ONU Koffi Annan, n\u2019est pas du reste dans les fichiers panam\u00e9ens. Il y appara\u00eet en tant que actionnaire ou directeur de trois soci\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00ab\u00a0offshore\u00a0\u00bb. Selon Le Monde, deux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9es en 2002, et une troisi\u00e8me qui a servi en 2003 \u00e0 l&rsquo;acquisition d&rsquo;un appartement de 500\u00a0000 dollars \u00e0 Londres et qui \u00e9tait toujours active en 2015.
