Cette d\u00e9cision a \u00e9t\u00e9 prise en raison du taux \u00e9lev\u00e9 du vieillissement de la population.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La d\u00e9cision des autorit\u00e9s chinoises intervient \u00e0 la suite d\u2019une publication il y\u2019a plusieurs semaines de r\u00e9sultats du tout dernier recensement, qui ont d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que le pays a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 une forte baisse du taux de natalit\u00e9 et que sa population vieillissait plus rapidement que la norme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/afrikmag.com\/var\/www\/vhosts\/afrikmag.compublic_html\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/IMAGE-1-CHINE-1.png\"><img  title=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"837\" height=\"395\" src=\"https:\/\/afrikmag.com\/var\/www\/vhosts\/afrikmag.compublic_html\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/IMAGE-1-CHINE-1.png\"  alt=\"Chine : suppression de la limite de deux enfants par couple\"  class=\"wp-image-273974\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.afrikmag.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/IMAGE-1-CHINE-1.png 837w, https:\/\/www.afrikmag.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/IMAGE-1-CHINE-1-300x142.png 300w, https:\/\/www.afrikmag.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/IMAGE-1-CHINE-1-768x362.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 837px) 100vw, 837px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En effet, le nombre des naissances est pass\u00e9 \u00e0 12&nbsp;millions au lieu de 14,65&nbsp;millions en 2019. Et les causes de cette baisse sont diverses&nbsp;: recul du nombre des mariages, hausse du co\u00fbt des logements et de l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation, grossesse plus tardive pour les femmes qui privil\u00e9gient davantage leur carri\u00e8re\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour rem\u00e9dier \u00e0 cela, la politique de l&rsquo;enfant unique&nbsp;avait \u00e9t\u00e9 adoucie dans le pays en 2016 apr\u00e8s plus de 30 ans d\u2019existence. Mais malgr\u00e9 l\u2019autorisation d\u2019avoir un deuxi\u00e8me enfant dans les couples, les autorit\u00e9s chinoises n\u2019ont pas pu faire monter le taux de naissance, au contraire la population vieillissait.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il faut savoir que la Chine, pays le plus peupl\u00e9 au monde comptabilisait en 2020 environ 264&nbsp;millions de personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es de 60&nbsp;ans et plus, soit 18,7&nbsp;% &nbsp;de la population totale du pays.
