La gendarmerie a ouvert une enqu\u00eate \u00e0 cet effet.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans la nuit du 24 au 25 mai 2021, un drame s&rsquo;est produit dans la ville de Gonat\u00e9. Ce drame met en sc\u00e8ne des gendarmes qui se rendaient \u00e0 Daloa. Escortant les \u00e9l\u00e8ves-gendarmes sanctionn\u00e9s par leur hi\u00e9rarchie, des instructeurs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 confront\u00e9s \u00e0 une situation au cours de laquelle, ils ont du faire usage de leurs armes. Selon un rapport de la gendarmerie, les faits se sont produits \u00ab\u00a0<em>\u00e0 00 heure 25 minutes \u00e0 Gonat\u00e9, \u00e0 20 kms \u00e0 l\u2019Est de la Brigade en agglom\u00e9ration<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le rapport de la gendarmerie explique que <em>\u00ab\u00a0les Mar\u00e9chaux des logis BROU LOGBA ELFRIED PASCAL matricule 47.654 en service l\u2019Escadron 2\/1 Yopougon et BROU KOUASSI NARCISSE matricule 49.137, en service l\u2019Escadron 1\/1 Agban, encadreurs dite marche se sont soustraits du dispositif pour des besoins personnels. Suite \u00e0 une altercation avec certains jeunes, le Mar\u00e9chal des logis BROU LOGBA ELFRIED PASCAL fait usage de son arme de type AK, atteignant mortellement un individu\u00a0\u00bb.<\/em> Sans plus de d\u00e9tails.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cependant, on a l&rsquo;identit\u00e9 de la victime. Il s&rsquo;agit de Fofana Abdoulaye, un ivoirien de 30 ans, n\u00e9 \u00e0 Gonat\u00e9. Pour \u00e9viter que la situation d\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e8re en cette nuit, les premiers responsables de la gendarmerie de la ville se sont d\u00e9port\u00e9s sur les lieux du drame pour apaiser la population. Dans la foul\u00e9e, les deux gendarmes impliqu\u00e9s dans l&rsquo;incident ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mis aux arr\u00eats, <em>\u00ab\u00a0mis \u00e0 la disposition de la brigade de recherches pour enqu\u00eates\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>.
