A l’occasion de ses 100 jours de pouvoirs, le pr\u00e9sident burkinab\u00e9 a tenu une conf\u00e9rence de presse dimanche \u00e0 Bobo-Dioulasso pour dresser un premier bilan. Pour la premi\u00e8re fois, le pr\u00e9sident s’est exprim\u00e9 sur plusieurs sujets\u00a0jug\u00e9s sensibles.<\/p>\n

Parmi les grands dossiers sensibles abord\u00e9s par le pr\u00e9sident Roch Kabor\u00e9 se trouve la question du mandat d\u2019arr\u00eat international lanc\u00e9 par la justice burkinab\u00e9 contre Guillaume Soro. Le chef de l\u2019\u00c9tat burkinab\u00e9 s’est voulu un peu plus mod\u00e9r\u00e9 dans l’int\u00e9r\u00eat des relations bilat\u00e9rales entre le Burkina Faso et la C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire.<\/p>\n

Le pr\u00e9sident burkinab\u00e8 a affirm\u00e9\u00a0qu\u2019il est \u00e9tranger au fait qu\u2019un mandat d\u2019arr\u00eat international ait \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9 contre l\u2019actuel chef du Parlement ivoirien : \u00ab\u00a0En tant que pr\u00e9sident du Faso, je n\u2019ai pas \u00e9t\u00e9 saisi de ce mandat d\u2019arr\u00eat.J\u2019ai appris comme tout citoyen qu\u2019il y avait un mandat d\u2019arr\u00eat contre le pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale de C\u00f4te\u00a0d\u2019Ivoire.\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Roch Kabor\u00e9 dit vouloir privil\u00e9gier le dialogue, qui en son sens est la seule issue pour \u00e9viter une crise entre les deux pays : \u00ab\u00a0Il aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 bon dans le cadre de la coop\u00e9ration entre les institutions que nous soyons au moins inform\u00e9s avant que ces actes ne puissent \u00eatre pos\u00e9s. M\u00eame si nous devons\u00a0faire la bagarre avec la C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire, nous serons tous les deux perdants (\u2026). Nous devons privil\u00e9gier la voie diplomatique.\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Rappelons que Guillaume Soro est soup\u00e7onn\u00e9 d\u2019avoir pris une part active dans le coup d\u2019\u00c9tat manqu\u00e9 de septembre 2015 au Burkina Faso.\u00a0L’affaire a \u00e9clat\u00e9 au grand jour avec la mise sur le web d’enregistrement t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique entre le pr\u00e9sident du parlement ivoirien et l’ex-ministre des affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res du Burkina Faso, le G\u00e9n\u00e9ral Djibril Bassol\u00e9. le PAN ivoirien Guillaume Soro vient d’ailleurs de sortir un livre dans lequel il clame son innocence.\u00a0http:\/\/afrikmag.com\/ecoutes-telephoniques-guillaume-soro-sort-livre-clamer-innocence\/<\/a><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Zida n’a pas d’autre choix que de rentrer<\/strong><\/p>\n

Concernant la situation de \u00a0Isaac Zida, le pr\u00e9sident Kabor\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 clair. Il r\u00e9it\u00e8re le d\u00e9menti de la nomination de l’ex-premier ministre au poste d’Ambassadeur au USA.<\/p>\n

\u00ab \u00c0\u00a0aucun moment, le conseil des ministres n\u2019a nomm\u00e9 le Premier ministre comme ambassadeur aux \u00c9tats-Unis. \u00c7a a \u00e9t\u00e9\u00a0une tr\u00e8s grande surprise pour nous de d\u00e9couvrir cela dans le Journal officiel.\u00a0Nous devons mettre fin \u00e0 cette manipulation et cela appartient aux pr\u00e9rogatives du chef de l\u2019\u00c9tat que je suis\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><\/em>, a t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Il a aussi appris que le premier ministre de la transition devra retourner au bercail imp\u00e9rativement. \u00ab Le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Zida a demand\u00e9 une permission qui a expir\u00e9 depuis le 19 mars. Il n\u2019est pas encore rentr\u00e9. En tout \u00e9tat de cause, il n\u2019a pas d\u2019autre choix que de rentrer (\u2026) Nous n\u2019avons pas besoin de lui donner des injonctions pour cela. Quelqu\u2019un qui assume de hautes responsabilit\u00e9s de l\u2019\u00c9tat doit s\u2019assumer et faire face \u00e0 ses responsabilit\u00e9s (\u2026) Il doit voir la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 lui-m\u00eame de rentrer d\u2019ici avril pour pouvoir lever le voile de nuages qui plane sur sa gestion et sur les diff\u00e9rents points qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9voqu\u00e9s.\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Au titre des actions men\u00e9es au bout des 100 jours Roch Marc Kabor\u00e9 affirment que de nombreux plans d’action sont en cours.<\/p>\n

sur le plan \u00a0sanitaire, Il\u00a0a annonc\u00e9 une s\u00e9rie de\u00a0mesures au nombre desquelles, celles r\u00e9cemment adopt\u00e9es en faveur de la femme et de l\u2019enfant, 135 sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s qui seront form\u00e9es et d\u00e9ploy\u00e9es\u00a0 dans les centres de sant\u00e9 pour \u00e9viter le d\u00e9placement des patients.<\/p>\n

Sur le plan \u00e9ducatif, le gouvernement pr\u00e9voit la construction de 1000 classes \u00e0 la place des \u00e9coles sous paillote, 200 CEG et 80 lyc\u00e9es.<\/p>\n

Sur le plan \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, le site lepays.bf, rapporte que le gouvernement \u00a0promet d’orienter les populations vers l\u2019utilisation de l\u2019\u00e9nergie solaire. Car, d’apr\u00e8s le\u00a0pr\u00e9sident du Faso, plus de quarante provinces seront dot\u00e9es de plaques solaires.<\/p>\n
