La BCEAO (Banque centrale des Etats de l&rsquo;Afrique de l&rsquo;Ouest) a d\u00e9menti ce dimanche cette information \u00e0 travers un communiqu\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;institution explique qu\u2019aucune modification n\u2019avait \u00e9t\u00e9 apport\u00e9e \u00e0 cette pr\u00e9sente gamme de billets de banque qui restent op\u00e9rationnels. Les messages attribu\u00e9s donc \u00e0 la BCEAO seraient donc mensongers selon l\u2019organisation.<br>La BCEAO demande donc \u00e0 la population de rester vigilante, et \u00e0 ne se fier qu\u2019aux informations officielles de l\u2019Institut d\u2019\u00e9mission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De ce faite, elle a tenu \u00e0 souligner aussi que tous ses communiqu\u00e9s sont publi\u00e9s sur son site internet, ainsi que dans la presse \u00e9crite et audiovisuelle. L\u2019organisme public se r\u00e9serve le droit d\u2019engager des poursuites judiciaires \u00e0 l\u2019encontre des auteurs et complices des actes et messages de nature \u00e0 porter atteinte aux signes mon\u00e9taires ayant cours l\u00e9gal dans les \u00c9tats membres de l\u2019Union mon\u00e9taire Ouest africaine (UMOA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il y a de cela un an, une affaire semblable touchait la BCEAO.
