{"id":267811,"date":"2021-04-24T16:18:00","date_gmt":"2021-04-24T16:18:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/afrikmag.com\/var\/www\/vhosts\/afrikmag.compublic_html\/?p=267811"},"modified":"2021-04-24T16:18:19","modified_gmt":"2021-04-24T16:18:19","slug":"cameroun-manque-de-vehicules-de-transport-les-motos-geantes-desormais-a-la-mode","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/afrikmag.com\/var\/www\/vhosts\/afrikmag.compublic_html\/cameroun-manque-de-vehicules-de-transport-les-motos-geantes-desormais-a-la-mode\/","title":{"rendered":"Cameroun\/ Manque de v\u00e9hicules de transport : les motos g\u00e9antes d\u00e9sormais \u00e0 la mode"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Charg\u00e9 de huit personnes, le \u00ab&nbsp;v\u00e9hicule&nbsp;\u00bb ne passe pas inaper\u00e7u.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Transporter huit personnes dans une voiture dans l&rsquo;ouest du Cameroun n\u2019est pas surprenant, mais cette moto g\u00e9ante n&rsquo;est pas un moyen de transport ordinaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce qui attire l\u2019attention, c&rsquo;est une moto g\u00e9ante &#8211; un l\u00e9viathan de plus de trois m\u00e8tres de long outrageusement customis\u00e9 et sp\u00e9cialement adapt\u00e9 pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 une lacune du march\u00e9 des transports au Cameroun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces motos sont utilis\u00e9es pour transporter les agriculteurs et leurs r\u00e9coltes au march\u00e9 et ramener les marchandises dans les villages environnants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les agriculteurs de Baye affirment que ces motos g\u00e9antes leur sauvent la vie lorsqu&rsquo;ils se rendent au march\u00e9 de Bafoussam, \u00e0 environ 15 kilom\u00e8tres, sur des routes qui ne sont rien de plus que des pistes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab&nbsp;Ces motos nous aident beaucoup. Les voitures n&rsquo;arrivent pas \u00e0 la campagne. Il n&rsquo;y a que les motos-taxis&nbsp;\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 une agricultrice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab&nbsp;Si nous ne les avions pas, nos plantains, taros, ma\u00efs ou haricots pourriraient dans les champs. L\u00e0 o\u00f9 nous vivons, les voitures n\u2019arrivent pas \u00e0 cause de l&rsquo;\u00e9tat des routes. Seules des motos comme celles-ci peuvent transporter nos r\u00e9coltes jusqu&rsquo;au march\u00e9&nbsp;\u00bb, explique une autre agricultrice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un conducteur de moto g\u00e9ante dot\u00e9 d&rsquo;un engin surdimensionn\u00e9 peut bien gagner sa vie &#8211; deux ou trois fois plus qu&rsquo;un conducteur de mototaxi ordinaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 Bafoussam, deux m\u00e9caniciens, Emmanuel Wembe et Kuate Bachile, travaillent dans un atelier au sol pour assembler les m\u00e9ga-motos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les motos sont essentiellement faites sur mesure &#8211; les m\u00e9caniciens soudent un nouveau ch\u00e2ssis pour une moto puissante et am\u00e9liorent la suspension.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab&nbsp;Nous les fabriquons en fonction de la commande &#8211; de quatre \u00e0 dix places&nbsp;\u00bb, explique Wembe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les motos transform\u00e9es peuvent \u00eatre utiles, bien que la conduite ne soit gu\u00e8re confortable et que la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re soit plut\u00f4t un coup de d\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cr\u00e9dit photo&nbsp;: howafrica<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Charg\u00e9 de huit personnes, le \u00ab&nbsp;v\u00e9hicule&nbsp;\u00bb ne passe pas inaper\u00e7u.
