En 2013, le club catalan avait \u00e9t\u00e9 reconnu coupable par un tribunal espagnol de fraude fiscale apr\u00e8s avoir vers\u00e9 40 millions d’euros aux parents de Neymar dans le cadre du transfert en provenance de Santos.
\nL\u2019attaquant de 24 ans a \u00e9t\u00e9 reconnu coupable d\u2019\u00e9vasion fiscale et condamn\u00e9 \u00e0 plus de 45 millions d\u2019euros d’amende par un tribunal local, comme l\u2019indique Folha de Sao Paulo. Une d\u00e9cision qui peut faire l’objet d’un appel.
\nComme d\u00e9voil\u00e9 au grand jour il y a un mois, Neymar a visiblement omis de payer plus de 14 millions d\u2019euros relatifs \u00e0 ses droits d\u2019image. Les contrats publicitaires \u00e9tant apparent\u00e9s \u00e0 des salaires et auraient donc d\u00fb \u00eatre impos\u00e9s. Le tr\u00e9sor public br\u00e9silien avait ainsi demand\u00e9 le gel des avoirs du capitaine de la Sele\u00e7ao, de ses parents et ceux de ses diff\u00e9rentes soci\u00e9t\u00e9s, pour un total de 42 millions d\u2019euros.
