James Mawanda, lors d&rsquo;une session au tribunal de premi\u00e8re instance de Bubulo dans le district de Manafwa, que le suspect Derrick Kuloba, 25 ans, l&rsquo;avait attaqu\u00e9e pr\u00e8s d&rsquo;une for\u00eat en rentrant chez elle pour chercher de la liti\u00e8re et de la nourriture pour sa m\u00e8re malade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab\u00a0Il (Kuloba) a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 m&rsquo;ordonner de me d\u00e9shabiller et quand j&rsquo;ai refus\u00e9, il a sorti une machette et a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 me couper. Il voulait me couper la t\u00eate mais je l&rsquo;ai bloqu\u00e9 avec ma main droite\u00a0\u00bb, a-t-elle d\u00e9clar\u00e9 au tribunal lors de l&rsquo;audition dans lequel Kuloba est accus\u00e9 de tentative de meurtre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img  title=\"\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/alexis.lindaikejisblog.com\/photos\/shares\/606ed1b38371a.jpg\"  alt=\"Une \u00e9l\u00e8ve de 16 ans r\u00e9v\u00e8le comment un homme lui a coup\u00e9 la main avec une machette pour avoir refus\u00e9 ses avances\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Evelyn a expliqu\u00e9 qu&rsquo;elle avait cri\u00e9 \u00e0l&rsquo;aide dans l&rsquo;espoir d&rsquo;obtenir du secours, mais en vain, ajoutant qu&rsquo;elle souffrait toujours beaucoup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La victime a accus\u00e9 la police et le tribunal de Mbale d&rsquo;avoir tent\u00e9 de faire \u00e9touffer l&rsquo;affaire parce que Kuloba avait \u00e9t\u00e9 lib\u00e9r\u00e9 dans des circonstances louches quelques jours apr\u00e8s son arrestation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00abJ&rsquo;ai besoin de justice de cette cour parce que je suis maintenant handicap\u00e9e. Je ne suis pas capable de faire des activit\u00e9s quotidiennes comme j&rsquo;en avais l&rsquo;habitude. Je ne peux m\u00eame pas \u00e9crire\u00bb, a-t-elle expliqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;accusation a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 au tribunal que Kuloba, un r\u00e9sident du village de Nabooti, \u200b\u200bsous-comt\u00e9 de Nakatsi dans le district de Bududa, le 4 juillet 2020 arm\u00e9 d&rsquo;une machette, avait attaqu\u00e9 la victime avant de lui couper la main droite lors d&rsquo;un viol avort\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La jeune fille a \u00e9galement subi plusieurs blessures sur d&rsquo;autres parties du corps.\u00a0L&rsquo;accusation a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 trois t\u00e9moins;\u00a0la victime, son cousin et son oncle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img  title=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/alexis.lindaikejisblog.com\/photos\/shares\/606ed1d24b4c7.png\"  alt=\"Une \u00e9l\u00e8ve de 16 ans r\u00e9v\u00e8le comment un homme lui a coup\u00e9 la main avec une machette pour avoir refus\u00e9 ses avances\"  width=\"577\" height=\"371\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans son t\u00e9moignage, la jeune fille a en outre demand\u00e9 au tribunal de donner \u00e0 Kuloba une punition s\u00e9v\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;affaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 ajourn\u00e9e au 8 avril 2021, date \u00e0 laquelle l&rsquo;accusation devrait pr\u00e9senter davantage de t\u00e9moins au tribunal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mme Khainza, m\u00e8re de la victime a demand\u00e9 au suspect de payer les factures m\u00e9dicales de sa fille, en attendant le jugement, affirmant que sa famille ne pouvait plus se permettre ses m\u00e9dicaments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
