En fonction des avanc\u00e9es de l\u2019enqu\u00eate, les charges peuvent \u00eatre r\u00e9tablies plus tard.
\nLe camp de l’accusation a annonc\u00e9 qu’elle retirait ses poursuites en attendant de trouver de nouvelles preuves, li\u00e9es \u00e0 l’affaire. \u00ab Nous avons obtenu de nouvelles informations qui n\u00e9cessitent une enqu\u00eate approfondie \u00bb, a indiqu\u00e9 la porte-parole de l’accusation, Phindi Louw.<\/p>\n

Selon l’AFP, l’avocat de l’accus\u00e9, leur relation s*xuelle \u00e9tait consensuelle et la victime \u00e9tait \u00e2g\u00e9e de 16 ans. La loi sud-africaine interdit les relations s*xuelles, m\u00eame consenties, avec un mineur de moins de 16 ans.
