Lorsqu\u2019on ne s\u2019aime pas on cherche a se faire valider par d&rsquo;autres et on finit par d\u00e9truire\u00a0nos amiti\u00e9s et nos relations en \u00e9tant \u00e9motionnellement trop d\u00e9pendant. On ne doit pas se focaliser sur\u00a0l\u2019amour que les autres expriment\u00a0car celui qu\u2019on ressent pour nous-m\u00eame nous suffit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Arr\u00eatez de vous en vouloir<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La plupart du temps on se sent coupable, honteux et on se critique. Ces sentiments ne font\u00a0 que nous tirer vers le bas. Le changement arrive lorsque l\u2019amour apparait. Il n\u2019est pas facile d\u2019entreprendre une relation heureuse et durable si vous vous sous-estimez en pensant que vous n\u2019\u00eates pas assez bon.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Reconna\u00eetre que vous avez choisi votre corps<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Aussi banal que cela puisse para\u00eetre, il y a une raison pour laquelle vous avez choisi de na\u00eetre dans ce corps. Alors posez-vous la question : \u00ab Pourquoi ai-je choisi ce corps ? \u00bb et le simple fait de m\u00e9diter sur cette question vous donnera le pouvoir dont vous avez besoin pour l\u00e2cher prise, ne plus vous critiquer et cultiver l\u2019amour et la confiance en soi. Quand vous r\u00e9alisez que vous vous \u00eates choisi vous-m\u00eame pour une raison, vous comprendrez le vrai grand respect que vous avez pour vous-m\u00eame. Dressez une liste des raisons pour lesquelles vous croyez avoir choisi votre corps et vous verrez toutes les belles choses que vous aimez en vous.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>\u00c9num\u00e9rez vos d\u00e9fauts<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>On excelle beaucoup plus \u00e0 trouver nos d\u00e9fauts. Si vous faites un feedback dans votre vie, vous trouverez qu\u2019on \u00a0est plus habitu\u00e9 \u00e0 trouver les probl\u00e8mes qu\u2019\u00e0 chercher les solutions.
